Just had the worst service. We got in ordered. Waited over 25 minutes for our order, watching everyone behind us getting their order first. Older woman behind the counter advising my husband that staring at them is not going to get the order quicker only to find our order had just been sitting on the counter the whole time. The food was cold at that point and none of them apologized. They just made excuses as to why we did not get our order. Someone needs to teach customer service.we all make mistakes but a little kindness and an apology would have went a long way, but they only showed their attitudes.
I’m a creature of habit and order the medium caramel coffee every time and sometimes a donut. It has always been good each time.For the first time I read the customer label on the cup and noticed that you can order by cream and sugar servings. I like this because it tells me I can control the calories, fat and sugar/sweetener levels as I’m working on loosing weight.Thanks Dunkin!!!

Worst customer service ever. Stand right in front of them and they ignore you. Every time we come here they miss part of our order. It’s so bad even my kids notice it and say something. This time I sent my kids in to get their breakfast. They asked that their sandwich be cut in half, they saw the request on the screen and on the receipt, but when they got to the car the order was wrong. This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. We use this place to explain to our kids what bad customer service looks like.

I get my coffee here frequently. The employees here are always super sweet and in the last few months they have been super consistent. Kudos to the manager- you're killing it!
A grilled cheese is semi-warm bread with cold cheese. A sweet tea has no sugar in it and everything bagel has cream cheese a little bit on one side. Don’t come here
