The Hickory Flat Domino's is awesome. They are amazingly consistent with our orders. We love this location.

Obviously, this location has stepped up their game. We ordered cheesy bread, chicken with pineapple/jalapeños and a pan pizza. During pickup, the staff was attentive, courteous and extremely helpful. This was the best we ever had. Thank you!

I’ve had a bit of a runaround with Dominos in general lately but this was the icing on the cake. Ordered @ 7:19. Got email confirmation. Almost an hour later I can’t track the order so I call the store. It went to a location that apparently does not deliver to me but is only 4 miles from me. So…the guy said he tried calling the location that does deliver to me and couldn’t get anyone on the phone so he had to cancel the order. AND HE NEBER EVWN THOUGHT TO CALL THE CUSTOMER???? Literally sat here an hour waiting on the pizza! Unbelievable! I get being short-handed. I get you don’t deliver to my address. But to just cancel and not let me know. Unacceptable.I think my dominos days are done.
I would like to save you some time and a headache. Been to a number of Domino Pizza shops mostly with good outcomes. However, tonight was a great disappointment. Ordered 2 Caesar salads and a medium pepperoni pizza online for store pickup. When I got the order home one of the salads had rotten lettuce. After dinner I took the salad back. They acted like there was nothing wrong with serving rotten salad. They offered to give me a credit on a future order and objected to giving me a refund. After making 2 trips to their store I expected much better. There are too many better options to deal with issues and attitudes like this.
