This dominos continued to put me on "hold" when I just needed a simple question answered. Myself along with two of my friends called as well & they did the exact same thing to all of us. They cancelled our order three times after placing it just so they wouldn't have to deliever to us. They do not feel like working for their money which is rediculous. I do not recommend trying to order from this place past 10pm because they do not feel like working.
Moved to a new neighborhood back in April 2021 that is 3 min from dominos. I’ve never been able to order delivery bc they don’t have the address in THEIR system Did take out a couple times but not since September. Typically we order twice a month or more. Called today and tried telling the answering service they use about the address issue. They said they couldn’t deliver but would talk to the store. They put me on hold for over 30 min. Long enough for me to order, send my son to pick up the order and return home. They always have drivers so I know that’s not an issue And it’s soooo close. Guess we’ll have to find someone who delivers. ?
Placed an order Saturday night, order was cancelled by the store with no cause, no warning. Only discovered it wasn't coming when I checked the tracker after 45 minutes, previously it had been in "prep." Tried to redeem the coupon a few nights later that I had received by email (I was assuming for the order that was spontaneously cancelled? Free pizza out of nowhere), and the coupon was rejected because the first ordered had been cancelled. Interesting way to do business. Calling the store accomplishes nothing as no one answers, it just rings and rings.
Terrible, terrible customer service and the woman manager even worse in the background, with a terrible attitude. Customer service is everything in the food industry and while the guy was polite on the phone, 20 minutes later and nothing was accomplished with the issue of miscalculating, trying to charge me more than if I ordered online. So disappointed with their service.
I ordered from the app and it never came. Never said that it was out for delivery. I STILL got charged for the order. When I asked for a refund I got less than the amount that was charged. I dont know why, but even if thats not their fault, I still got charged for an order that should of been cancelled. Do not go here.
I called on Christmas Eve at 6:30 to see when they close and the rep told me 8pm so I call back at 7:20 to place a delivery and the store is closed so I was lied to. I get that it’s Christmas Eve but I called to make sure because nothing else is open so I’m very disappointed.
3 occasions, same driver. 45m to 1 hr late. Watched the Domino's Tracker, the guy gone from the store, to his house, to Kroger, to the Gas Station, then to my house. "Don't worry, you pizza is warm as it is in the box." I tried calling the store but was on endless ringing, and no one ever picked up. I was spending about $51 a week at Domino's. But no more. If you need excellent Pizza, try Marcos. I am done with Domino's.
One hour into order and pizza tracker said “Quality Check” at 6:46pm it’s now 7:31pm and it’s still in Quality Check, called the store 2 times, 1st time waited 15 minutes then someone picked up and hung up immediately, 2nd time waited 20 mins on phone and no answer just recording! I’m done with them!
I did the curbside delivery, but no one came out with my pizza within the 2 minute mark, so we ended up getting a free pizza on our next order. After going inside to get my order I could see why they weren't able to meet the deadline. They are certainly understaffed, but I will say the staff they have is great. The pizza is always what we ask for and delicious. The only reason they are getting less than 5 stars is because they need more awesome team members.
Absolute terrible service. Delivery times have been missed by up to 45 minutes and delivered cold currently its been 30 minutes since our order was supposed to arrive. Last time we called we were on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. We were told they were short staffed, but that doesn't excuse being hung up on and cold food being delivered. Also if your short staffed you really need to extend estimated delivery times. When we called today to check our order it just rang and rang and rang. I understand there is a staffing issue right now, but this is not the way to handle it.
