I have had multiple issues with this store and the staff. I am told one minute that somebody is preparing my online order and all of a sudden it is “cancelled” when I called the store to see why, they said they were not taking anymore orders although it does say they close at 1am. Girl was super rude on the phone, and I will no longer be ordering since they are always “super behind”.

It took me at least 45 minutes to place an order, try to confirm with an error message each time, lookup, call the actual store and then wait to speak to an operator not in the store. She then told me they were only taking scheduled or carry-out orders. I began by giving her the address and she then told me they had closed 4 minutes prior to that moment. I confirmed online and it says they’re open until midnight and some nights until 1am. This was all over with by 11:04pm. Now everyone is closed and I have no dinner after a long day. Don’t know if I will order from there again, but was trying to use member coupons.
Judy shouldn’t be so rude over the phone.
The delivery girl was friendly and totally hot . I wanted to do her so bad I still think about her . Would love to see her again
After several years of patroning Domino’s Pizza we have to say goodbye. They delivered cold half cooked pizza over an hour after we placed the order. We are a 7 minute drive from the location. When I called to discuss the quality, the manager was not interested in keeping a loyal customer. Zero solutions were provided nor were any accommodations given. I’m tired of being taken advantage of- avoid this business, they don’t care.
Worst experience ever! Food arrived cold and sat in Quality check for 30 minutes. Called manager and was nice but manager Peter was unsympathetic and basically said it would arrive in the quality I got it in due to driver shortage (with all due respect, that's not my problem). Nobody orders pizza to receive cold food. I won't be ordering from this Dominos again unless something is done.
Emelyn was great. She was prompt and courteous. Pizza was still piping hot.
