Food is always great but the customer service and urgency to move quick is lacking terribly.. Need a manager who understand a sense of urgency and to move quickly. There are more than enough people to work the back.
Shout out to Noah! He took our order this evening and heard it was my kids first time at Dairy Queen and took extra special care of them! Blizzards are perfect, will be back!
We went inside today and the young man Asanti ( sorry if spelled wrong) was an absolute delight. Professional and courteous. Deff on point. Ya need more like him !!

Always great to have a good blizzard from DQ. Nice and thick like a blizzard should be! Service was extremely slow. At the time of my order, I could see several ice cream orders sitting in the ready window, the cones were melting away.
They got the entire order wrong. Hamburgers were warmed in microwave instead of being somewhat fresh. Kids inside were rude. I asked for extra onions on my hamburger and I received 3 pieces. . I never intend to return and I will miss my strawberry milkshakes.
This location has the nicest and friendliest employees!! Drive through is quick too.
I've never seen a dq so busy as I did tonight on Mother's Day but Noah up at the front did an absolutely fantastic job keeping the place under control and meeting the customers needs
DQ is DQ, love it or leave it. It's treats are wonderful, which is usually why I go. This particular store employes a lot of young people, and they are polite, humble, cheerful, and eager to make your experience pleasant. We frequent this place when we are in Georgia.
The food was alright what made me angry was the fact we were charged an extra two dollars for water, i went through and ordered the 4pc chicken tender meal and a water which upgraded the tender basket into a meal with drink, a meal that was meant to be 6.79 was actually 8.26 it is a small amount of money, however it left me feeling scammed i will not be returning to dairy queen as i feel they do not value my money.
