Have always had a pleasant experience ordering online from Cracker Barrel. Foods have always been hot and the orders 100% correct until now. When order was placed it kept stating there was an error. After 4 or 5 tries it finally took. But it wasn't 100% as usual. I didn't get the biscuits or any utensils or napkins. I stay in hotels, this was crucial. Anyway I dealt with it. Then later that evening, it come across my phone as 2 orders. Called the store, was told they would fix it. Didn't happen. Went on line and tried to resolve there. Crickets, except I got a coupon for a free dessert next visit. $40 for one order and I get a coupon for a free dessert! Really thought cracker barrel was better than this .
My experience have been great every time I go there. I love shopping first. The women cloths I love, I always find something you don’t see elsewhere … prices very reasonable. What can I say about the help you get there, very friendly sales staff. The food is always very good and the waitress are always on their toes. Good service and good food. I have also used carryout service. I so happy I live close by. I feel always welcomed there.
We ate there last night (4/4/22). The server was trying his best but you could tell he was struggling. I wasn't upset at the server because I really think he was trying to do the best he could do, but when our food was brought out, he told us that they need to check to see if the utensils were cleaned. We waited for 5-10 minutes expecting someone to bring us utensils. I finally had to get up and go ask someone if they could get us some utensils and she said they were all dirty but she could get me the plastic to go utensils. At that point, I was in shock that they would even bring out my food without anything for us to use eat with. Did they think we were supposed to eat with our fingers??? When I finally got the utensils, my food was already getting cold. Extremely disappointed!!! What kind of restaurant serves food and not have utensils for their customers?? That was a waste of $33.
The managers & higher ups stand around while customers are waiting for refills if drinks I observed 6 managers just standing in front of the tables chatting with each other while their staff was doing the best the could. I inly say 2 Managers out of 8 that would occasionally help out not 1 time did managers walk around to the tables to refill drinks or see if customers needed anything we had a table of 6. My food was not right this I blame on cooks! Twice I asked for crispy bacon twice it was wrong ? others at the table food was wrong. The servers were doing their best but not the managers! This had been my experience each time I have gone to this location. From what I observed this is why no one wants to work in this field. Managers don’t back their staff and help
I love everything about Cracker Barrell, today was no exception. Carolyn our waitress, was friendly, kind, and prompt with our order. The food was outstanding. My wife and I had a great breakfast.
My CPA is in Canton. So when I take my taxes up there my wife and I always stopping at Cracker Barrel, it's a tradition going on 20 years now. Always get good service and good food. I love to eat the rainbow trout. 1 reason I love it because I love to eat fish.

Good food. They aren't very flexible on menu choices, however. I got breakfast and wanted 3 eggs instead of just the two that the menu listed, and the waiter said they would have to charge me an extra $2.50 if he added the extra egg. Crazy!
Family breakfast:We was seated within a few minutes. Table was clean but sat there for 15 min with out a our waitress or waiter greeting us. My wife asked the waitress that was taking the order for the table next to us for our waitress letting them know we haven’t been waiting on. We sat there for 5 more minutes without any service. So we decided to leave. On our way out I asked for the manager to let him know of the lack of service, he let me know his staff was new and overwhelmed.We will not go to this location again.
Food was hot and taste wonderful .. Waiter was excellent ..Always filled our glass . Kept Coffee hot
