We have enjoyed their coffee for several years now. We mainly drink the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and we enjoy several of the flavored coffee as well. We also order pods. They deliver delicious freshly roasted ground coffee to us promptly every time I order.
CoffeeAM has jacked up prices so much more than anyone else out there. It is average coffee at best.I bought for them for over 5 years...and just found a new supplier at 25% less than CoffeeAM and much better beans.
I have been a Customer for CofeeAM for several years. I opened my coffee that the order doesnt come up in their system. It is marked correct but inside is wrong. CoffeeAM is not standing behind their product. I am tolld they cannot replace it! This is not Customer Service for a loyal Customer!!
We ordered coffee that was advertised as being ground fresh the day of delivery for a reason. We received our coffee but there was a 2 day shipping delay and we ended up with less fresh coffee and having to go to a local grocery store to grab something to get us through. The delay was on their end. The email we received after placing our order confirmed our address but they failed to get it correct on the shipping label. Rather than apologize and maybe even offer something to make up for their mistake we received attitude and argument that we failed to provide the correct address. Email confirmation in-hand from them, we stood our ground.
My Espresso Italia is the only thing that can get me up in the morning. The smell of freshly ground coffee beans brewed is like heaven to wake up to. CoffeeAM has only the finest beans and always delivered fresh. Don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself.
I had a terrible cup of coffee this morning because I am old and forgot to reorder my monthly five pounds of CoffeeAM coffee. I ran out. I should subscribe for a monthly delivery but it often takes me thirty four days before I run out which would leave me with a month old bag at the end of the year. Yikes, I love fresh. I saw coffee prices are likely going up, I am not worried nor should CoffeeAM worry it is the cable and streaming services that should worry (and the cat) because I will not easily give up my wonderful CoffeeAM coffee no matter what the price. I am making this a long review to limit the number of people who might read it. Why? I do not want CoffeeAM to become too successful, they are the worlds best small batch roasters and I like it that way.Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays and thanks for hanging in with me during lock downs and keeping the wonderful coffee flowing. CoffeeAM simple the best.
I've ordered from these guys many times and have received great coffee in a timely fashion. I had one problem, and customer service took care of it very nicely. Not sure why the bad reviews about customer service, but my experience with these guys has been top knotch.
Love the many, MANY flavored coffee choices in decaf and regular, drip grind or whole bean. Always roasted when ordered, so absolutely FRESH!!
LOV there rewards program! That's the icing on the cake! The amount of flavored coffee DECAF.... NOBODY can compare to them AND PRICE! I give it as gifts ,housewarming,etc. It's the best.
Delivered to this place the smell coming out the back of the building AWSOME tried a bad of there coffee and honestly it’s all I want when drinking coffee now ???
