They catered for my birthday today, and everything was so good! The food was hot and fresh, everything was packaged well and they included all the essentials like lots of napkins, utensils and bowls. I have never had such a wonderful catering experience, and the food was a hit with the entire party! Thank you for going above and beyond!
If you are choosing to work here, then turn around and run. When you first start here you are expected to learn everything, and everyday after that you're on your own. A very large majority of the staff have zero patience with newbies, especially Jodie. There is absolutely zero sense of Worker Brotherhood in this restaurant. The Managers Zack, Andrew, Alberado, and Julie are the only decent managers. If you are an individual who is nice, compassionate, and with a nice set of manners, you will not survive here. You will come out those doors a different person. You'll be sour, full of hate, and full of hate for your fellow man.
Sure, the food tastes great. But if you're planning on getting a burrito, just don't. People here don't even know how to wrap a burrito correctly. Also, the amount of meat you get depends on the person making your burrito. Sometimes you'll get enough, sometimes you'll get very little and have to ask for double meat. If you're not ok with being robbed half the time, don't go here.
First time I have ever had a meal here and it was okay. Mediocre food and slow service coupled with high prices means that while it wasn't bad, I won't be back anytime soon. I have had far better food at almost the same prices.
ordered an online order for a burrito and chips with queso. this is what the queso looked like when i opened it. i don’t usually leave bad reviews for places but this is awful.
2.5 would be a more accurate rating.The restaurant was pretty dirty but the staff was nice. Food was just ok in terms of temperature, adequate taste.
My husband waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our pickup order tonight! They said their system had gone down but they did not handle it professionally at all. Numerous people walked in after him to get their food and they made their order for them immediately. When he asked for our order, they just told him to wait. He left out of frustration, so I had to make my way there and upon arrival they finally made our food for us. There are so many better ways that they could have handled it.
absolutely terrible experience. waited in line for over 20 minutes to get a bowl that was not even filled up to the first line. it was not worth the wait and the chips were stale. there were maybe two shreds of meat. will never be coming back. if u want any good mexican go to moes. much better service and better prices.
I’m not sure if all chipotle has gotten bad but this one is awful EVERY TIME. Also, my online orders get stolen a lot.corporate needs to pay them better so they act like they care about being a cook-Rice undercooked-sometimes it too spicy- one person making mobile orders with 10+ items- tables disgusting
Used to be my favorite chipotle. It’s gone way down hill. I paid 25 dollars for one bowl on grub hub and I get a half filled bowl with a table spoon full of guacamole GAUC IS 2.50 EXTRA AND I GET THIS??????? TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER THATS RIDICULOUS.
