Didnt real care for it ,we got Gen Chix and Shrimp with lobster sause my 94 yr old mom said didnt care for it
Ordered food from here last night and it was awful! Hot and Sour soup was congealed, weird and awful! General Taos Chicken wasn’t it at all, more like orange chicken without the orange. Not spicy at all, very bland. Just a complete waste of money
We ordered and they were sold out of an item and didn’t call and tell us; they just substituted it and then we ordered beef fried rice and got 2 small pieces of beef and very plain fried rice. Do not recommend it!
We ordered shrimp fried rice. We got rice with shrimp and onions.
I've lived in Hickory Flat for 17 years. China Garden has always been a hit or miss. This is the 2nd miss in 2 months with the same dish -- Kung Pao Chicken. No problem with the rice, but everything else not so great. Too many petit corn, no onions or bell peppers and an overabundance of celery. (See attached photo) Celery overpowers the other semi-stale incredients and doesnt belong, in my opinion, anywhere in this recipe or near my plate. On a positive note, the lady who took my order was friendly.
My wife and I got Chinese from China Garden in Canton. She asked them to omit the MSG. I must say, they're actually the best Chinese food I've had in recent memory.I got Chicken Lo Mein and asked them to substitute a spicy white sauce (no problem, by the way). Their noodles taste homemade (a pleasant surprise), and the shrimp egg rolls are the fluffiest, and non-greasy, that I've ever had.When we moved here in November, we tried some other places (which were *not* so good).But we'll be making China Garden our regular weekend treat.
Excellent food. Loved the shrimp with lobster sauce. Yummy fried rice. My new favorite place.
Been coming here for years. TONIGHT, everything i ordered was disgusting! I dont know if they changed cooks or food distribution but wow, never again
I've been very disappointed ever since new people are running it. Not sure where original ones are. These new ones never ever get my order right plus it's really isn't very good at all. Totally meds up my order no matter how many times I try to repeat it correctly. Ended up with 5 meals only order two. I just don't care for their food from these new people . Bad news all the way around
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered chicken fried rice and wonton soup. The fried rice was bland yellow rice without vegetables and contains a few cubes of boiled chicken. The soup had mystery meat inside of the wontons. The meat was fatty and chewy. BEWARE!!!
