Awesome experience, right before the height of rush hour at dinner time.. I was so blessed to be served by Tamara who engaged in small talk during the short-drive through line, thanking me for coming to her business! Wow, excellent customer service that many restaurants in the area are currently lacking... As a former retail manager, I wish I had ten Tamara's working for me. Great job Chick-fil-A and kudos to your employees at the Hickory Flat location.
I don't know why. My sandwich was cold. And the manager came by asking how things were. But i didn't want to seem like I was complaining and make someone get in trouble. They just need one quality control person. To make sure things come out accordingly.
This place is constantly disorganized on the weekends. My fries always suck and my order is incomplete. Their cherry coke on numerous occasions taste like flat diet coke. I will drive out of my way to Riverstone for a better experience. I gave Hickory Flat more than 3 tries, I'm done.

I have been here a few times, and the service was awesome, but I have not been at the location recently. I have heard from my friends that the cashier Lucas was extremely friendly and kind to “troublesome” customers. Definitely coming back to meet the guy.
I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars! I have had some problems in the past with this location. I was contacted by this Chick Fil A and they took time to listen to what I had to say. They were very polite when speaking to me on the phone. This location truly cares about their customers. That is customer satisfaction at its best
This is the 3rd time I get French fries less than half full, as well the chicken pieces in sandwiches are very inconsistent small or over cooked. Once again, yesterday I had the same issue.
One of the best fast food places to visit. All the workers are nice as always! Food is good as always. And they get you thought the drive thru line super fast even when it's super busy
I went thru the drive thru the morning 3-22-2022 and i ordered 2 chicken egg and cheese biscuits and 1 chicken and cheese biscuit. i get to work with the order and Guess what? i get 1 chicken biscuit. 1 chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. and 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit!.. This is like the 3 rd time this has happened in the last month, Wrong food in the bag! So i know the food is Great but. Please get the order correct !! Thanks Phillip Wigington.
Oh my great goodness, when I ordered my spicy deluxe sandwich meal with 2 zesty buffalo sauces, the cashier, Lucas, was unbelievably great. He started small talk and was just SO polite. Love this guy!
