I absolutely LOVE this place! They catered my wedding last October and they were so accommodating and incredible to work with. Dennis and Shannon were so kind and such a joy to work with. We got married at West Milford Farm right down the road and they recommended Catch 22! And I am so glad they did. Highly recommend!!
This place never disappoints even under new ownership! We had dinner with my in-laws there last night and it was fantastic! I had the mahi mahi and it was great! The pretzel, Thai cauliflowers and the tuna stack we ordered as appetizers were great. Our waitress was awesome and was on top of everything! Their brunch is fantastic!
Everything is just OK- Nothing special. This place used to be exceptional but new owners have taken everything unique off the menu and replaced it with run of the mill food. We still go on occasion but we used to be there twice a week. Quality is nowhere near what it used to be. We are disappointed in the direction they are going. Wish them well anyway, as it’s a neighborhood staple.
A real hidden gem! Definitely recommend for brunch. The Bottomless mimosas and eggs Benedict are delicious.
Fish Tacos were exceptional..Staff was amazing..Don't walk..RUN to Catch 22.
Apart from the 12 year old hostess and ‘children’ serving……the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful.
First time here. It was not an amazing experience but Austin, the manager was amazing fixing any issues we had. Issues we had were not deal breakers. I had the meatloaf patty melt, it was great! Husband had fish and chips, he said they were just ok. Sons burger was a 6.5 out of 10 he said. Hes 13, and love his burgers lol. Over all the service out weighed the food. Maybe it was an off night. Id go back and recommend it for anyo e who wants to give it a shot. Austin took my 3 star review to a solid 4.5.
Delighted to see that this restaurant is now under new management. Enjoyed the food very much. Staff were friendly and attentive. It was so good to see that Patrick is still there, he rocks! Emily was our server and provided top-notch service. We noticed there has been some changes to the menu and I’m sure we can look forward to seeing more new improvements along with live music on Friday and Saturday very soon. Highly recommend it!
My wife and I went here for the first time and we will definitely return! The food was AMAZING! The service was AMAZING! It's a small and cozy plt with a surprising good menu. We went on a Friday night and it was almost full, but the food and drinks came.out. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Our waitress was Shannon, and she was like an orchestra conductor the way she managed her tables. Definitely an excellent experience. I especially enjoyed the subtle 70's/80's soundtrack playing in the background. We drove about 20 minutes, and it was definitely worth the drive. The drink menu was also nice, and my wife enjoyed some of their signature cocktails. We had a great time. You definitely should give it a try.
We eat here every once in a while and came tonight with a friend. The atmosphere here is nice and relaxed, a nice place to meet friends for a casual dinner. The service has always been good, tonight it was like always, good.Debra had the fried grouper dinner. Sadly the grouper was mostly fried batter, it was not good. The coleslaw was bland, not very flavorful. Our friend had a hamburger and really enjoyed it.On our previous visits the food has always been great, but we never had the fish before.All in all I like this place, just tonight wasn’t too good for us.
