This BK is my fave !! The staff is kind and smiles ! They don't act like they hate their job. They assist you with new digital codes on the BK app.They even get my order RIGHT , including requested extra pickles. The BKs where I reside are just the opposite ...so gotta drive 100+ miles and thru Atlanta traffic now to get actually good food and SERVICE, but worth it.
I often visit this location later in the evening and receive great customer service and hot food.
I don’t know why, but the drive through at this Burger King takes forever. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes. Happened 3 times…
At this location it's actually owner by the TA travel center and the prices are like ridiculously high but the food and service were okay
I come here usually 3 times a week it's convenient for breakfast and after today I will not be back. As I waited at the drive-thru window I watched the girl working the register scoop a cup in the ice machine with her hand ( rather than the metal scoop thats provided for this task) directly after taking my card and swiping it. I've worked food service and this is a HUGE NO NO in food service so I apologize to the lady that was behind me that just got all those germs with her large coke.
Went the other day to a girl with glasses and a black mask coughing terribly!! Why is this girl working while clearly sick? She could’ve contaminated people’s food. Also a girl with orange, messy and dirty hair as well.
They will charge you for a single BBQ sauce wich should be included with the meal anyway and then not put any in the bag at all.

I had a good experience at this particular Burger King my order was taken quickly prepared hot fresh and faster than most of the places I've been to lately dining room is clean no trash or dirty tables. I would recommend this particular Burger King I think it is a good one. Enough said..
