TERRIBLE! Me and some friends went in for lunch we ordered the chicken tender meal box the cashier rang it up as gravy and biscuit and gave me the wrong sides . A few weeks later I wanted to go back to see if anything had changed I went for breakfast and ordered the gravy biscuit.. I opened the box all it was was was half a biscuit and about a tablespoon of gravy literally a tablespoon of gravy. When I went with my friends the chicken was cold and soggy and was over fried. If your gonna be in the kitchen please learn how to cook your meals properly and how to give a meal with the right sides and also how to portion meals.

Absolutely exquisite experience. Warm and scrumptious boberry biscuits. Unparalleled customer service. Enzo, that one, very fine lad. I suggest you give him a raise.

Great fried chicken but I paid for a large side of macaroni and cheese. When I got home, it wasn't in the box. Disappointing.

NO STEAK BISCUITS. FOR SOME WEEKS AT THIS LOCATION. The breakfast service is tops, very fast. The biscuits are very tasty, however they are out of my favorite and usual Steak biscuit combo for some weeks they said... so I tried the Bacon, Egg biscuit combo and Country Ham also good but the egg was a bit greasy, dripping with oil onto biscuit. Still a solid 4. Will try another breakfast place that has Steak biscuits for now. Hope they have the Steak biscuits back soon.

The people there are SO RUDE. I stopped by last night and the store was closed at 7pm, with no sign on the door, no nothing. I called today to see if they were open and the girl that answered the phone snapped, "Ummmm we close in exactly ONE HOUR." It's 2 pm on a Sunday. Ridiculous! I understand most places are short staffed and go out of my way to be nice to anyone serving. If they have poor working conditions, it's no excuse to be rude to the customer.

There is something wrong with this place. Everytime I come they are closed. Tonight at 6 pm the sign on the door and drive thru said closed at 6 pm because of short staff. I looked in and saw 8 people working. 8 people can run a fast food restaurant. These people don't want to work. There will be an executive get a report soon and it will show how poorly the restaurant is doing and they will close it and these people will lose jobs and it will hurt our small community. I went to KFC and they were packed inside and out. They only had 4 employees and did a stellar job! They are open every night without question. I really hope someone steps in and adjusts the Bojangles management attitude.

Forgot our drink, didn't include fork, food was lukewarm and they didn't ask for payment.

I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit meal “with fries”, (I said my order just like that and didn’t specify size or anything else) at the drive-thru, and the girl who took my order just said okay. I ended up getting what I believe to be the large size of fries, which I didn’t order, but that’s okay since I didn’t specify (the girl taking my order didn’t either). BUT they charged me $9.09, and all I received was the largest size of fries, the biscuit, and a large drink of water. I neglected to consider or confirm the price of the items and of my order at the time, which is my fault, but after reflecting back on the price after getting home, they definitely overcharged me.The Cajun filet biscuit combo should be $5.39, and then even adding the large fries ($2.99 if you order it on its own) ON TOP OF THE COMBO (which is supposed to include AT LEAST small fries, which are $1.49) would bring it up to $8.38, so about $8.88 with tax. How on earth did she manage to charge me $9.09????! I can’t believe I didn’t think anything of it at the time, that’s just insane.In case anyone at this Bojangles sees this, I ordered around 7:30-7:45pm on Sunday October 10, and my order was taken by a young blonde girl (it was a man that actually took my payment, probably a manager or shift leader, and didn’t get any names). If you either explain why the charge was correct or give me back the difference in cost that I shouldn’t have paid, I’ll change this review and update it to 5 stars. Otherwise it’s staying at a 1. Because this bojangles seems to get orders wrong A LOT.
