This place is sad and pathetic. Stop taking orders at 7pm when you close at 11pm is the most idiotic decision a business can do. Their reasons is because they couldn't handle the order because it's national wing day. That's like Publix and Kroger locking to doors at noon on Christmas eve instead of 6pm because too many last minute shoppers. Dumb
I would said no stars. There were five employees in the store. And still needed to wait more than 40 mins for an order of 12 pieces of wings.And people who ordered ahead from the phone were waiting in the store too.Will NEVER go there again! New store, but BAD service already.Extremely disappointed!!!
This store is extremely unprofessional, all the young employees working seem to not care about customer service. I order a 40 piece wing which I was told it would take 20 min but it took them 50 mins because there were rapping in the back and dancing, one girl(employee) had sun glasses on in the restaurant when it was not even sunny inside, this is a joke and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Will never stop at this wing store again. The moment I walked in it was a disaster. I asked for a 15 pi ce and it was $25.00 a 10 piece is only $11.00 so I knew something was wrong. I just ordered the 10 piece and tried to add a basket of Thigh Bites and he said I had to order the combo and when I ask d how much he said it's a boneless wing. So I asked him the Thigh Bite is the boneless wing meal. He said yes and I asked again to make sure, All the boneless wings are dark meat he said yes. So I left it with just the 10 piece. After paying and sitting there for a few minutes I asked to speak to a manager and asked her again about the Thigh Bites, she told me they are differant not the same as boneless wings which is what I thought from the beginning and to top it off she told me they could be added on you did not have to buy it as a meal. So I tried to get an order and she said I can't do that it can only be added on to a meal as a side. I told her I have already paid because he said I could add as a side she said sorry I have to order it as a meal if there is no other food with it.So then I sit there another 25 minutes and notice the guy working the fries (wearing flip flops) wiping his nose over the food. When I asked for a refund and made the manager aware of the the young man's unsanitary behavior she then proceeded to make me out to be the problem. This guy wearing sweat pants and flip flops wiping his nose over food was no issue to her and made no attempt to address the issue for the 5 minutes I waited for my refund. I sat there and watched him make two more orders without washing his hands.
I should of read the reviews. This place is filthy! The drink machine is covered in syrup. The floor is sticky. It took a half hour to get my lunch. Looking at my food. The fryers are way past due for cleaning. Fries came out brown. I don’t even want to eat this stuff.
Go elsewhere. Look at reviews, it’s bad for a reason. Workers are rude and don’t care. Health risks is a huge concern. The one good review here talks about a “Lady working there 7 days and is so nice and how They would hire her in a heartbeat” & it’s the employee writing about herself. Embarrassing.
This spot is new! How can it go this bad this soon, well today I found out! Guy at the counter looked like he slept in his attire and came straight to work....dranked him a monster drink, wiped his forehead and shook his dandruff shirt off all while behind the counter. I was praying that he didn't touch the food and if he had of I would of asked for my money back. Meanwhile a lady appeared to be the mgnt was making the orders (she had purple, silver and yellow hair) played a lot with the kid in the back. Never greeted waiting guess just laughed and joked the whole entire time. After I attempted to take my eyes off the staff - I went to grab my soda, (Orange Fanta) was horrible, so I told guy that swallowed the monster in one gulp that the orange fanta was out, he looked at me as if he wanted to say, So! I shooked my head and proceeded to select a 2nd choice, he never came from behind the counter nor tell a mgnt that my request was for an orange soda was not fulfilled. Meanwhile I had to drink something else and go back to watching the staff. I paid $15 for my meal and it was around noon ...I still have 1/2 of it. Taste flavorless and wings was not crispy like I asked. I'm over bad customer service and I'm definitely over giving my hard earn money to establishment whom don't seem to care to fix the problem. Look at the reviews!! Do something!!! Fast!!!!
Employees clearly didnt want to be there. Closed 2 hours early even with 4 Employees working. They make their own hours. Open till midnight unless the Employees want to leave at 10.
Awesome service. Lady in there said she has been working 7 days straight yet the most upbeat attitude. I’d hire her for my business in a heartbeat. Some people should learn from her.
The wings were very dry and lacked sauce and flavor. They were huge and disgusting. Called the store to complain and the manager was not helpful. Poor customer service and the food was trash. No more Wingstop for me...it was a waste of $50.00.
