Garbage location, due yourself a favor and go to Culver’s and get a made to order burger. This is rubbish, and the service is subpar.
Not sure if they’re understaffed but there was no line inside. Only people in there had ordered a bunch of food. Took about 10-15 mins for them to get their food. Once they got their food they went back to making others people food without taking my order. Had my1.5 year old with me as well. Won’t go back to this Wendy’s.
Fabulous southwest salad! Very personable manager working at the counter made our visit extremely enjoyable! I was with a friend who had never been to Wendy's and he helped her work through the vast menu to determine what she wanted!
Service was fast in the drive thru and the lady taking orders on 1/29/22 around 2pm was on it and so nice!
One complaint about Wendy’s at any location is my burger is never hot. Went to this location at 12:45pm on a Friday. Food was hot. All of it! Employees were friendly. We both ordered burgers with the same specific condiments on both. Mine was right, his was wrong. But getting lettuce instead of mayo wasn’t a huge deal. Hope to get the same experience the next time we visit!
My customized burger wasn't slapped together like most restaurants do. I appreciate that.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal from this Wendy’s location on December 9, 2021 and not only was my food cold, the chicken was brown on the inside and smelled rotten. I took a couple of bites without looking and when I kept smelling it, I looked down and realized it was the sandwich. It was disgusting, and I felt bad from the few bites I took. I’ve attached photos of the chicken inside the sandwich and when I examined the chicken, the meat just looked off.
Burgers are good, beef is very tasty. The fries are very good as well. Not sure about dining in but the drive-through is very fast. I havent had any chicken burgers yet, so for now i give it 4 stars.
Best Wendy’s around the mall of GA area, maybe even in Gwinnett county! Friendly folks without temptation. Ample parking day and night, people shouting “howdy neighbor!”
Came to the drive through at 10:40pm. Restaurant closes at 11:00pm. After waiting 5 minutes with no response and going to the window to be ignored watching workers mopping the floor decided to go to Taco Bell. Thanks again for another disappointing experience Wendy’s….
