Very friendly staff, quick service, excellent food. There was a problem with the drink machine, but that can happen anywhere and it was promptly attended to. Both the dining room and the restrooms were very clean as well, and the food was delicious. Management and staff definitely have their eye on the ball at this location, and we'll be back soon for that new hot chicken sandwich!
OMG. This was probably the most courteous people have ever met at Wendy's. I definitely will go back to this one. They would have gotten five stars except for the fact that they were out of french fries. But to give them some slack, it was Easter Sunday, and there was no other restaurant except for McDonald's and I definitely was not going there.
Ordered on the app stating dine in only option. Arrived. Door locked, no signs. Wait in the drive through only to be told they didn't hear the drive through "ding" and look at me stupid why I was asking for my order. Been 2 years since going back to this location and will never go back. Worst wendys location. Poor quality and even worse service.
Tried a new specialty bacon cheddar burger. It looks nothing like the advertised version. Bacon was non-existant. One cheese was sprinkled and looked weird. It tasted okay. We asked to remove onions from one burger; they did it on both. We also changed the drink order while ordering to two of the same. They acknowledged the order but still got one burger and one drink wrong,so essentially half the order wrong. It's just frustrating when you pay $20 for two burger meals. Cheeseburger Bobby's is better.
I know why this place has such low ratings. If you must go here, please don't and go some other place. The burgers are always dry, fried always soggy and all other things lack proper supervision. I guess the owner of this location doesn't care about service. I went here twice to give it another chance and they fail to impress both times. I rarely wrote such negative reviews but I think they public needs to know (also the franchise headquarters) so some change can occur.
I'm very upset because I was this morning getting breakfast and they have my order wrong 4 eggs and sausage no cheese and 3 with bacon and that eggs and sausage had cheese we went back to changed and we got the order back we got only 6 sandwich, is not good they need people they know that to do it, I pay for 7 sandwich and only got 6 ,I'm angry for the service I'm going to speak with that manager later, the is how they loosen clients

Really efficient. They did not have a cashier and we had to use a kiosk to order. They don’t accept cash I assume because they didn’t have a cashier? It was really clean. They have a 100 Health score which is great.
