Don't know how long this new Mgr. and crew have been there but the food and service have improved enormously! I know that a lot of customers have gone elsewhere within the last year or so including myself but I'm a believer in second chances and so far so good! I hope the improvements continue!
This is my favorite Wendy's. Very polite and conscientious workers. Very clean facility with excellent food.
Usually long wait in drive thru. There was No ice in my large craft lemonade and the fries are always falling out of the fry carton because the cartons are too small maybe holds like 10 fries .
I ordered a chicken biscuit without the honey butter and large lemonade via drive thru on my way to work on 1/31/22 between 9:30 and 10am from the Sugar Hill Wendy's restaurant ( next door to former pizza hut). The chicken biscuit I received was burned beyond a crisp and was rubbery. It seemed like maybe it was a leftover or a bad cook and yet was served anyway. Money was wasted! Lesson learned from this experience check your product before leaving window.
This location does not deserve to be labeled "fast food". Two cars ahead of me and two cars behind me left the line without ordering food. I was glutton for punishment, so I stayed in the line. They would not take the order of the person that was at the order point, until they completed the order of the person sitting at the drive thru window. This caused me to wait approximately 45 minutes with only five cars ahead of me. I assume they do this so that it looks like they are processing cars quickly AFTER the order is placed. Terrible way to do business.They also had a sign on the door that the dining room was open, with the hours posted. I initially left the drive thru line to go inside, only to find the door locked and dining room closed, causing me to lose my place and go to the end of the line. With five cars now ahead of me, I waited 45 minutes to get a double cheeseburger. This is the last time I go to this Wendy's. This is not fast food.
Horrible store. Dining room is never open despite everything saying it is. Service is incredibly slow and the food is always dried out or cold. Had an issue in the past where they were refusing to give any orders to delivery drivers (placed through their own app). And when I was there in the drive thru line, employees were openly derisive towards other drive thru customers because the line wrapped around the building because of how slow they were (only saw 2 employees working). They made comments about "apparently we're the only restaurant for 10 miles", "I don't care, I'm in no rush" (about the long line), "dining room's closed dude" (about a mobile order customer parking to come inside because there's nothing to indicate that it's closed), and just outright laughing at the customers waiting in a long line. All of this while I was sitting at the drive thru, clearly in earshot. Just don't bother with this store. It has been awful for years, time to just shut it down.
This was the second time we've eaten at this location, and they are really in need of quality control. The first time, they placed my adult hamburger within my child's kids meal which normally wouldn't be an issue- but they were dropped off with my lunch. This last time we were the only people in line, and had to wait 10 minutes only to bring it home and discover an incorrect order.
This is a trash Wendy’s. Don’t waste your money. I’ve tried this place 3 times and never had a decent experience. Food was stale, cold, and nasty. Literally threw everything in the trash. Can’t call for a manager because their phone doesn’t work.
This location needs help. The line is always super long, they close early and unfortunately most menu items posted online are never available. I love Wendy's but this location is the worst.
Went inside, restaurant was clean and food was available quickly and was hot.
