Would give no stars if I could. Yes I get it I came at 10 it was late. But However they act like it was a bother to do my order. Because she said they only had three worker's. Sometimes its not what you say its how you say it. So We pull over they bring out the food we ask about drinks she come back out with them, My sweet tea had coke in it. Not cool at all shame on you we spent 43.00 and was treated bad. I would suggest place more training on customer and food prep. Also if they continue you may be loosing more customers. Because Its obvious this location doesn't like customers because due to being under staffed.
I’ve given this Wendy’s way too many chances regardless of their slip ups only due to convenience. Most of the times either their food is stale or fries are fried in bad oil. Today got nugget meal and extra fries both are clearly fried in bad/old oil. They taste bitter, not even going to bother returning it. Trashing their food and never returning to this location ever.
I was there approx a week ago in the evening and was told they weren’t doing anymore orders through the drive-thru because they were behind on DoorDash orders.Went Saturday for breakfast and after pulling forward and waiting 10 min. I went inside and there was no one inside and at least 6 People working. Manager was extremely rude and condescending. I could see the horror looks on the employees faces and felt so bad. When leaving a worker was bringing food outside to someone and I asked the managers name and she wouldn’t give to me. She looked scared to tell me. You will never keep good people there with a scary rude manager. You need to pull the tape if their is one.
Update March 2022: something changed. My last 3 orders were accurate and I had a good experience overall. Changing from 1 to 4 stars.Old review: Consistently one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Usually low on staff, poorly cooked food, and order accuracy issues. Sometimes they just close early.
I don't know how this place is even still open. I can't think of a time I ate here and actually had a good experience. The food is consistently not good. If the fries aren't cold they are over salted. The burgers are dry. They are out of aleast 2 things just about every time I come. The staff is a bunch of kids who could care less about the customer or the company they work for. I never see a manager especially when I come at night. I was happy when this place first opened, because it gave this area an option rather than going near the mall or Buford Hwy. I wish corporate or someone would teach these managers how the store should be ran. I am not going back, I would rather cook a four course meal than waste my time at this dump.
Just had the most unprofessional experience at this location. We ordered food via drive thru as we specifically asked for a PLAIN chicken sandwich due to allergies for my son. It was incorrect so we had to get back in the drive thru line and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted with rudeness by the women in the picture below saying "We just got a $200 order you need to pull around and wait 15 minutes no more orders" we attempted to tell her we don't have an order that we just need our correct plain sandwich and before we could say anything they slammed window in our face and one lady told the employee don't open window or talk to them prior to allowing us to ask for the sandwich. I am beyond angry and disappointed. I will never support this location hire some professional staff perhaps and if they don't like their job get a new one.
Second time going to Wendy’s today. Went for early lunch 10:36a to take kid lunch at school. They are to open at 10:30a and said they couldn’t take any orders just yet. Came back to Wendy’s for dinner bc my son is craving it. Hauled two kids inside as it appeared open foe the employee to tell me dining was closed AT 6:15pm! “Doors only open for DoorDash and other food delivery.” Ridiculous.
This Wendy’s was amazing when it first opened. They made sure customers came first. I felt they were getting close to Chic-fil-a standard. I don’t know if it is under new management, but I will drive to different Wendy’s even though this one is 2 minutes from my house.3 different occasions during the lunch rush, they shut down for 15 minutes. They close early or don’t have items available right before closing as they clean early. The food is no longer fresh as it was when they first opened. I would not recommend this Wendy’s. Go to the one on Buford Drive. It will be worth the little extra time it takes. They have better food and better customer service.
I placed a mobile order at this location 45min prior to closing. Upon arrival I was informed that they were closed even though the app states that they are open until 10pm and it was only 9:30. If you decide to close early then you need to update your website/app as well as the I hours of operation listed on the door. You shouldn’t take a customers money if you know that you’re closing early.
THIS PLACE SUCKS. ALWAYS CLOSED FOR BREAKFAST AT 730AM or EVEN by 10am no more breakfast served. DURING LUNCH THEY ARE OUT OF STRAWS CRACKERS FOR CHILI, NO BAKED POTATOE OR SOUR CREAM etc.. Manager thinks hes too cute to manage. Bahhhhh. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN FOR SURE. SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP.
