The place was pretty much a full house when we got there. The one waitress was working very hard to cover the entire restaurant, including the counter service. When we walked in, she immediately told us that it would be a while before we would get food because she was the only one serving. She apologized for that and said that if we needed to be somewhere we probably should not wait. We decided to wait, she did the best she could and cleared the restaurant, got us our food within about 15 minutes. We felt bad for her and gave her a $20 tip for our takeout order. The food was very good and everything that we expected. We did notice that no one wiped the counter service area the entire time we were there. One person was washing the mini fry pans and sending them upside down on top of the dirty counter, on top of food and debris left behind. That one thing will give us a reason to consider not going there again, unfortunately.
bad service but good food. Pam (I don’t know if that’s her name but she’s an older woman with red hair) was very rude and tried to scold me unprofessionally like a child over an incident that stemmed from miscommunication. But my food came out great other than the fact that they forgot my toast. Usually they’re perfect but this incident was slightly disappointing.
I don’t know what happened to this waffle house. Last time I visited one year ago and was amazing. Right now it seems all of them are confused and don’t know what are they doing. It’s completely a mess. So dirty, no management, bad food quality. One simple breakfast took 1.5 hours. I was seated for 45 minutes to order. A lady was washing the dishes behind the bar and was splashing dirty water to our food.Never ever again.
Best service ive ever received from a waffle house, awesome cook and waitress
This place was disgusting! 1st menu I was handed was covered in scum and I placed my hands in grease on it. Waitress dropped that one while cleaning, wiped another one, handed it to me, & I stuck to it AFTER she had cleaned it. The waitress was so LOUD with every thing she did, including dropping an entire dirty box of dishes and splatting a nearby customer while out in the customer area. Even the walls had crud on them. I'VE been a waffle house customer for 50 years and I can tell you, I will not be returning to this one till ya clean it up!
I really like there food but you have to eat fast because it gets cold fast that is a bummer so I do go as much as I would like to
It is waffle house. You get cheap food and okay service but that is what is expected. However thia location twnds to be better than most. They did mess up my order but it was quickly fixed
Missed dinner so I stopped in here and had a quick meal. Waitress was a hoot, so funny and quick witted. The eggs, sausage and grits bowl was excellent.
The staff has unwelcoming attitudes. They were not friendly and seem like they didn't want the service. The food came quickly and was great as always. Upon paying the lady named Cat took the payment without saying hello or anything polite. She actually said nothing after I paid as well. Her tag says salesperson, but she needs to be told what her job is. We typically enjoy this location but the afternoon staff is lacking on customer service.
The waiter, Rob, who also cooks, is awesome.He is attentive, gives good customer service and made our waffles exactly as we asked.
