They don’t answer there phone stating to place an order to go I have to go directly to the Waffle House which is great I drove there and was informed they won’t take any orders to go unless i Dine-In. The facility only had four customers there at the time with no one doing anything great way to kick business away definitely never going back there as I’ve been a very loyal customer to this Waffle House prior. Some changes need to happen otherwise someone will be going out of business soon.
Don't go here. Scrambled eggs were scorched. Terrible burn taste. Pork chops were like shoe leather. Raisin toast soaked in grease. I had to wring the toast out. Certainly not pleasant.
Best service Waffle House that I have been to in the area. Staff were friendly! This was a breath of fresh air!
Great costumer service. And the cook cooks your food under 5mins no lie!! 10 out a 10 definitely must try again ?
Waffle House Hamilton Mill RD.Menu matched the parking lot for cleanliness. Server was attentive, food prepared good.
Fully staffed yet no dine in. There are always two or three employees just sitting around on their phones doing nothing. Probably making tick tocks about how hard their job is. Do your job kids, nobody made you work at waffle house
They WH was only half opened inside due to shortage of workers (half the dining room was closed off). However, the one waitress and one cook had it under complete control, and the wait for the food was not near as long as we feared. Overall the food was great, fresh, and there 2 workers were great.
This is the only waffle house that when I come in to order they do not know how to make it at all it is real simple to make and this location cant do it right at all the last 3 times i have ordered it
Nice people behind the counter! Lil disappointed that they had NO To-Go cups. I understand they may want to only use their branded cups, but how does this service the customer when they need their coffee in the AM. Wasted time parking coming in to be told no To Go coffee. Management should run down to Cosco or Sam’s or Kroger (next door) and get some To Go cups, just to get through the delay. My goodness….think outside the box.
Best waffle house in the universe. Best cooks and wait staff. Friendly af and quick as hell. Food was Best I've ever had. This is not a test. 11/10 highly recommend
