Usually this place is great…tonight, it was like we had inconvenienced the two on staff. The waitress was matter of fact, called in our order, and then did some kitchen clean up before making her own dinner. The cook did great but then went and played on his tablet. We had to ask for all needs and felt we bothered the staff. The waffle ordered with all-star never came…due to cook playing on his tablet. When we asked for it, it was like it was our fault.The owner needs to really get their staff back in line and back to what this place was.
The crackhead with the blue hair that runs the grill at night has got to be the worse cook in Waffle House history... not only is she rude as hell it takes her an hour just to serve one table, even then she don’t serve all your food at once she jumps around from table to table serving bits and pieces here and there... and most the time she rarely gets the order right it’s either not how you ordered it or not your order at all... what a shame this place is.

What a great breakfast we had! My mom and I were visiting from California and really miss WH! Mary was the most friendly professional attentive server and Richard made us such a scrumptious meal. They really make you feel at home there with their hospitality and fantastic food.
I don't like it when the waitress argues with me about the proper format for ordering my food I've been ordering waffle House food longer than she's been alive. The good news is that the grill guy was actually paying attention to me and not for her and my food came out proper
Worst waffle house experience I have EVER had. The server was by herself, no cook in sight. When a cook finally did materialize (after our food was made by the server) she spent the entire time arguing with the server about the order tickets. Our order was wrong & it was very clear our server wasn't listening to us as she was too busy running around to help the cook do her own job. Very disappointing and not at all up to the level of service everyone expects from Waffle House.
This place needs to get itself together. Came in and sat at the low counter, waited, waited, was told by a server that someone else would come, waited, waited, then a tiff between the one who told me someone would come and a woman who came from the back "Well, I've been out here by myself most of the time, so deal with it!" and she went back into the back... yeah, I just got up and left. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful.
How can a Waffle House be closed at 9pm on a Sunday evening? Like WTH? People inside eating but I was told they were closed…
Went in about 8:45 pm. The lady was talking to some people. We wait about 10 minutes and she was still talking, we got no service, no food, these people need to get their act together cause you can't do that especially since this is a chain basically. If these people are going to up and ignore you then what's the point In going. We went in and we are visiting georgia NEVER have I ever been up and ignored by any waffle house staff anywhere. The lady said have a nice night but never acknowledged us so likeeeeeeee.
