I would highly consider The Cheesecake Factory for any celebratory / romantic dinner, as the experience is almost always spot on. The price to quantity ratio is unmatched, and the food is usually always delicious with plenty to take home if you are feeling stuffed mid meal. For anyone planning to try this restaurant, I definitely recommend making a reservation a day before due to seating taking around an hour minimum for a larger party. This is a very busy location, and usually understaffed.
Short version-This was the strangest experience I have ever had in a cheesecake factory. Service was embarrassingly poor and the restaurant was unsanitary. There was dirty plates and silverware and hair in our food. They really earned that B score. I wish I was exaggerating! I highly recommend trying any other location.Long version-When we first sat down, the silverware was water stained with food crusted on it sitting on top of the table with no napkin underneath. I guess it makes sense because they were dirtier than the table. The food was cold, and there was hair in our food. We had drinks remade twice. They forgot to bring a drink out untill we were halfway done with our food. Then it was brought out twice. Its almost as if no one communicates there. A server spilled water on my grandma. A group of servers and the manager laughing and looking at our table caught our eye but who knows what was really going on.Also we never got bread. We had to ask for it 4 times twice with severs and once with the manager and still didn't receive any. Finally we asked again and it came in to-go packagingTo make matters worse, the manager's response to us sending back an order that had to be corrected because it had hair in it the first time and the rice wasn't fully cooked the second time was "oh we had to make it twice"I get that they're busy and there's alot of moving parts in this restaurant. However, the attitudes and lack of service left a bitter taste. Similar to the taste of the bread when we finally got it.
Lunch with a friend turned out to be a not-so-good meal. We have eaten at The Cheesecake Factory many times - mostly at Lenox Square and Perimeter Mall. While shopping this week at The Mall of Georgia, we decided to eat at the one there. Big mistake. First of all, they were OUT of their signature iced tea. We both drank water. We both ordered Renee's Special Lunch which is usually delicious. The soup had huge chunks of chicken in it (one piece which looked at a large portion of a thigh). It was barely warm. We both messed over it, leaving most of the unchopped chicken. My friend had the turkey sandwich which was in big hunks. She ate part of it. I had the chicken salad. Not like what I usually get at the other Cheesecake Factory locations at Lenox and Perimeter. It also had big chunks of chicken, almost no mayonnaise, and was not properly placed on the bread. I messed over part of one half and took the leftovers with me. When I saw a trash can, I threw it in and decided I didn't want to try to take the large chunks out, chop it and add mayonnaise to try to salvage it. Both of our sandwiches had coarse slices of cabbage on them. What a disappointment. Nothing like what we are used to eating when we order that. We didn't even order dessert - we usually do. It's back to Lenox Square and Perimeter Mall for us when we go that restaurant again. And whoever does the ordering and FORGOT to order the tea, don't let it run completely out. That is a perk at Cheesecake Factory. Expensive lunch for what we were given. Bad quality.
Good food, and friendly service. We have a party of 7, and after the reasonable wait(1.5 hrs) we were sat, and enjoyed our meal. It was very busy for a Monday night, but that's the nature of the beast. During your wait, you can walk through the mall , and wait for your personal text, to notify you of your table being ready.
Disappointed is an understatement. I paid way too much money for some food I could’ve made my self. The pasta was dry and flavorless especially for god that took 40 minutes to come out. Don’t know if I’ll be bringing my family back. They wasn’t even busy
Went there last week with my wife for a date lunch while the kids were at school. She ordered some healthy pasta dish while I ordered the stuffed cheddar burger. The meal starts out fine. They bring our bread and drinks out. Then the food. My wife's pasta dish looks ok, not great, but she didn't have any complaints. They set mine in front of me. The burger, unlike the one in the menu is a flat burger cooked medium well with cheese inside of it. That looked good. What I got was a round ball that took up 50 percent of the bun and when I looked inside of it it was cooked medium rare at best. But when I complained to the waiter my wife overheard the manager on duty say, "That's a perfectly cooked burger" Shortly after he came over and basically said the same thing. That burger was in no way on this earth cooked medium well. They asked if I wanted anything else without any real concern for my meal. I decided I didn't want to risk the situation and left unhappy. Here's a tip. Just go to the to go cheesecake counter and get some dessert to go. They can't screw up something they don't make in house. Sadly the next day I had a much better burger at WENDYs of all places.
You will never get wrong here, variety of delicious dishes & dessert. Great service and atmosphere. Bag bang is really a great dish.
Great place to go for a nice meal. Came here with my son for lunch and enjoyed pasta, chicken, drinks, and a salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. Customer service was friendly and parking was a breeze. Loved our experience here. Thank you Cheesecake Factory!
It was busy on this President's Day with a 40 minute wait. Once seated, expect a longer wait of an additional hour. Steak was mediocre and over cooked for a medium rare. Mashed potatoes were super salty. Wish I could leave a better review because I really do like it here.
Cheesecake Factory, what happened? It’s not particularly busy at all, but my fiancé and I waited over 15 minutes to still not have a drink in front of us. Drinks finally came, but only half of the order. Do you not serve bread anymore? We’ve been sitting over 25 minutes with no bread… Not a single paper towel left in the men’s or women’s restroom. I am honestly just surprised at so far the Worst service I’ve ever had at a Cheesecake Factory.Over 30 minutes in our Food came out but we have No silverware to eat our food with. We waited another 2 minutes for utensils. Our appetizer also just never came. We told the waitress to just cancel it. She just forgot all about it, we don’t think it ever went back to the kitchen. We asked about the bread, because that is one of the most enjoyable parts of the Cheesecake Factory experience. We were told that the bread was stale, but if we still wanted it we could have it. Cheesecake Factory, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?? We arrived at 9:45pm.
