the young lady at reception was too concerned with flirting with the 3 male servers hanging around her that she wasn't greeting customers and ignoring them, looking at the male servers and talking to them, as 3 groups of people were right in front of her waiting to be helped.
We just left our visit to this Texas Roadhouse and let me just say, it is by far my favorite visit to one and I worked at one! We had Jess as our server and she was phenomenal. The wait was about half of what we were quoted and the food was perfectly cooked. You can always tell a restaurant is run well when you see the managers running food and helping the servers out.
we had a great waiter ,Zach payed attention to our table , all of our needs were meet.Zach is a 10 in my book , lovely time for our 31 st Anniversary food was great.
Visited TRH last friday nite, my 1st visit, had to wait for more than an hour coz the place is so busy. Enjoyed the free peanuts while waiting for our table. The food was good and the staff especially Ami is friendly & helpful. Would love to come back for sure ?Update:Came back again and still love it! Their dinner rolls and creamy butter ??
Wife has been asking to visit for months now. To be honest, I don’t normally like theme based restaurants - I find them klitchy or tacky. Well, I was wrong… this place was wonderful and we had an excellent lunch. Our server Alexa was very attentive, our order was perfect and the food was great. I also like being able to pay at the table via the kiosk. Highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return!
We arrived at 4p.m. for a early dinner. The restaurant was already half full.We were greated immediately with a smile, and seated.A waitress appeared within 2minutes to take drink orders, and helped decide on what is good to try.Everything that came out was delicious.We will be dropping back in to try some other dishes.
Ate here today I always thought that they had cheap cuts of meat, I can tell you they are better than longhorn and the price is amazing. I had a 12 oz porterhouse for $19.99, it was cooked perfect, and the cut was very tender. I sat at the bar and the server was awesome! I definitely recommend and I will be back!
Great prompt service and reasonably priced food. Our server was excellent. She checked on us several times and we never ran out of drinks. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!
Food was great! Staff was great! They definitely were not short staff which was nice! Our waiter Christian was GREAT! VERY ATTENTIVE and professional ? ?. He was Awesome and made the dining experience that much more better. Thank you so much. Btw, we noticed he's also a team player :)
Wife and I visited this location for the first time for a Valentine's lunch. Was greeted by a friendly hostess who asked if we wanted a basket of rolls and brought it with her to be seated at our table. Our server immediately greeted us and took our beverage and appetizer order. Fried pickles were not greasy and the ranch dip was good. I order the filet, baked potato and garden salad and wife got the ribeye, baked potato and garden salad. Thought the salads were a bit weak but used to the great salads at O'Charleys. Steaks were cooked to order and baked potatoes were hot and fluffy. It was nice to see how they have adopted to all the COVID restrictions but sure missed the roasted in the shell peanuts.
