Last night was my favorite dining experience at a Taco Mac, which says a lot considering we had our two children with us. Do not order takeout from here! The food while eating in is fine but when ordering take out, it’s extremely dry and small. The side of fries was not worth 2.99. The workers at the front were rude as well and it was probably a sign that the food would be bad.

I was in a group of 22 people. The waitress took every order without writing anything down. After about 20-30 minutes, everyone got their food 100% correct. Even the on-the-side items like my blue cheese crumbles on the side, were put on the side. Great job remembering but great job to the kitchen for getting it correct to in a large group too in a timely manner. Plus other tables were full with a wait at the door. Will be back again!
Usually a great time. Plenty of games on but have recently started playing music so loud with small crowds you literally have to yell at your server standing in front of you to order and the most common response is “excuse me, can you repeat that”. Food is still great and drinks are great as always, but it’s a bar and restaurant not a night club.
Get it together guys, you ruined our night!! We did not come to Taco Mac expecting 5 star service or a gourmet meal. But we did expect a decent meal and service to go along with it. Instead we got a waiter who knew nothing, she was lost and confused. I had to explain things to her. What ever we asked for she looked at us like we were speaking a different language. Anything we picked out the menu she had to run to the back to check. Finally, after 50 minutes of waiting she brought out our appetizers...along with everything else! We felt trapped and stuck, what a horrible experience... We just wanted to get the hell out of there. Never coming back.
This place use to be pretty good but not anymore. The food comes out cold and if they mess up your order they must just refry it, instead of making it right and fresh. I don't think I can go back anymore not worth the money.
The spicy garlic wings are good! Plenty of beers on tap for the thirsty!
Our waitress was really nice. It just sucks that after 9 pm, certain foods were not available because they have a cut off time for those items though they close at like 1 am.
Food Quality and Service was top-notch tonight! Very good and exceeded expectations because post-COVID staffing and quality has hit the bottom of the barrel for a lot of places. This was a refreshing experience ??
