Kids playing and throwing food. Was going to leave but was trying to get back to work. Order taken wrong and the little young girl acted like I was getting on her nerves. Suppose to be supreme tacos. Don’t worry I won’t be back to this one. I asked her name and she ignored me. The tall soft spoken guy I guess told her not to give her. I wish these young children that work these public jobs learn the discipline of respecting patrons.
We're plant based and always substitute the meat and dairy for beans and fresco style. Sometimes it's a hit and miss. There are countless times when we've had to go back, pick out food or even call corporate for a refund. On May 19 right before they closed I had EXCELLENT service. We had a large order, all with substitutions and an extra item. They asked for our patience as it took a while to get everything together but we were greatly rewarded. EVERYTHING was correct and I'm pretty sure they threw in an extra burrito or potatoes. They were sweet and efficient and those efforts were definitely noticed. They saved a Mom from fussing with dinner. And it was all delicious?. Well done Taco Bell-Hancock Drive
I literally just witness the manager yell at a customer because she wanted to change her crunchy tacos to soft tacos bc her kids won’t eat those tacos and her kids won’t eat dinner if they were the crunchy ones and his response to her was food isn’t free. What in the world and he was rude to his employees too that one girl from the back yelled at him to basically just give it to her. Customer service at its finest. Fire him. That’s unnecessary she was willing to pay the difference too. What exactly is he going to tell his GM tomorrow that he warned her about? That he saved their cost control by not changing out 4 tacos from hard to soft shell? Disgusting customer service behavior! Never eating here again and letting all the locals know about this too!

This location is the only Taco Bell I will go to! Every employee is friendly and I have never had a bad experience. They are always quick and efficient and they have never forgotten to put an item in the bag!
Ordered two items, both with customization, one with significant customization (two quesaritos). Both came out perfectly. Requested no ice in drinks, both had no ice. Quesaritos were rolled and grilled perfectly with ingredients spread evenly on the inside. Wait was very short. Overall I wish we had a taco bell like this back home.
Asked for a Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito and a BLACK BEAN crunch wrap, neither of which are supposed to have meat in them. Got home and both were incorrectly made with meat and we cannot eat. Waste of time and money, check your orders before you leave. So disappointing.
Drive thru was quick and our order was correct, including requested sauces.
