Did a door dash at this location waited in a long (23 minute) line that was no issue at all, considering how many businesses are short staffed, I work retail and totally understand. I get to the place to order and a lady comes and asked what I would like, I proceed and said I had an order and gave the name she gets an attitude and says “ohh, that was ready a long time ago” to that I said to my sister “well yeah we’ve waited in this long line” and we get to the window and this lady is arguing and yelling at us through the window asking us which one of us said something about the long line to which I said was me “and that I didn’t appreciate the smart comment she made”. This lady was very unprofessional and not someone who should be dealing with customers. I was at this location on 10-9-21 and about 11:45 ish, maybe even before. I have been to this location multiple times and never have had an experience like this. Description of the lady white women late thirties early forties. And we never gave us our food, to which our customer did not receive their food tonight.
I got two bean Burritos and it took ONE HOUR to get my food..
My younger kids love dorito tacos. Try the pinto beans and add mild sauce...bomb
5 Layer burrito is my everyday meal. Granted there are times that its stuffed too much and leaks out a little but it's still amazing. Not to mention the Cinnamon Delights. There was even one time when a co-worker of mine accidentally ate my burrito and he was speechless. Said it was like heaven just went into his mouth ?
Food was okay, but Togo order was I b accurate.
A little busy, and food was a little more greasy compared to other taco bells I've been too.
I've worked at the mall for over 5 years. This past year it has really went downhill at taco bell. Everytime I go on my thirty min lunch break, it takes 15-20 min for me to get a very small order. I've even tried ordering through the app and it still takes about as long. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered two chips and cheese. I received one, half full. Do you think I have time to go back and get the other chips and complain? Nope. So here's my review. Thanks for ruining my lunch all the time. This has happened multiple times and I'm tired of it. Not buying here again.

Vegetarian for 3+ years and only ever order the cheesy bean and rice burrito. Ordered two on my lunch break, 1st one was good as usual, 2nd one was a big bite of ground beef and nacho cheese. No rice, no refried beans, just beef and cheese. Brought it back hoping for maybe a new one or money back or something but the employee took it to the back only to tell me “no, that’s beans” and went back on the register without showing me to prove me wrong or anything. I got nothing, no refund no new burrito no sorry, in return which is whatever cause it’s $1 so I don’t care but, I’m not clueless. I know ground beef and I know refried beans and rice, that was straight ground beef and cheese. Gonna make somewhere else in the food court my go to for lunch breaks I guess.
