The two individuals who worked the late shift on 06/10/2022 were extremely awesome!!!! They were so much faster and politic than some people up there have been in the past! Our order was taken care of really well. They deserve a raise because you definitely are gonna want to keep them around versus some of the usuals night shift folks!!

Food was OK. I got a 5 Layer Burrito that I think was just beans ?. Otherwise the food tastes fine, but I also wish their portion size was just a little more. My wife got a Chipolte Chicken burrito that was really just tortilla, sauce and ONE piece of chicken...

Was just there about 30 min ago. Ordered 2 soft tacos, they gave me hard shell tacos. Also ordered a steak quesadilla and a chicken quesadilla. Both had literally 2 strips of meat each and no sauce. Do better, Taco Bell. Your staff obviously doesn't care at all.

This place has been terrible the last couple of times I ordered here. I placed a mobile order, they charged my card and I went there only for the to tell me that they don't have part of my order and that I need to cancel the order. I attempted to cancel the order and it would not allow me to, I'm assuming because they pushed the order through because all that was on the screen was "thank you " as if I received the food. Then the female worker was totally inconvenient and had a complete attitude. She told me to call corporate to get a refund. Why do I need to call them to get an order corrected or a refund? Also, I'm the customer and she didn't accommodate me in the least. Terrible service. They took my money, didn't get any food and they had ME call corporate for a damn fast food order that should've been mitigated at the actual facility. How inconvenient. Definitely will not be coming back here at all.

The service here is pretty good, not super welcoming but very efficient. The food is hit or miss, there are days where your food is unbelievably well prepared and amazing, but there are equally as many days of just meh. The prices st this location, from my own observations, are typically a decent amount higher which is why I chose 3/5 instead of 4/5

These folks in this Taco Bell really work hard to provide good service and good food, unfortunately I had to go close to closing and the place is really busy at that point in time.. I used to work fast food and I can tell you from experience this is extremely frustrating when everyone shows up right when you close, but they kept the positive attitude and worked through it... So I commend them for their drive and ability to produce a good product...

The worst fast food place in Buford for sure. The employees are mentally inept, the service sucks, the food is awful and 100% of the time your order will be wrong. 8 out of 10 times you visit the store will either be closed, only accepting mobile orders, system will be down or they are pretending to be closed. Within the last 6 months not a single one of my orders have been correct and there is definitely no breakdown of communication. But hey if you’re lucky enough during the 20 minute wait you can watch the same inept employees either getting screamed at by a rightfully angry customer or the lackluster management. I have no problems with Taco Bell as a whole but I will never be visiting this location again.

I was just there with my family this evening. My daughter had bought us dinner from here for us. Most of the time our experience was usually great but not today. Took about 15-20minutes till we received our order but that was NOT the issue the issue was the guy named Ronny that was taking orders in the drive thru was barking orders at the crew and not helping he was very rude and disrespectful and loud and yelling at whomever in the back in front of customers I work in the food industry I know what it's like to be under pressure but I also know how to treat other people especially my crew I don't know if he was a manager or in some kind of authoritative figure for this establishment but in my opinion he needs to be gone he is not helping your business. I get being busy and getting slammed all that I understand it all I have a lot of patience when it comes to that but what I do not tolerate is rude service especially from an employee or manager yelling at his crew in front of customers instead of helping the make orders. If he was on my staff he would have been fired regardless of his position!!!!!!

Made us wait over 40 minutes, I go in and they’re in there arguing. So many customers in line because everyone was tired of waiting there so long for some food WE ALREADY PAID FOR! So we couldn’t leave without either a refund or the food. And even when we got the food, it was gross. All of it was super soggy. Never going back to this location again

Got to taco bell at 8:40 and placed our order for a chicken quesadilla meal with a soft taco and a beef quesarito. We were asked to wait and they would bring it out. We waited 30 minutes and there was no food. We had to go inside, we asked for a refund and were denied one. They made our food by 9:30. No type of customer service, no type of management, no type of apology. This was just ridiculous, when we asked for a refund they said it was a "hostile" environment. When we finally got our food almost a whole hour later it was wrong. I own a restaurant and was appalled by the service. I won't be back. I plan on contacting corporate as well.
