the workers seem to be seriously undertrained, which isn’t their fault, but still was crucial to the issues. i went in there today with three simple sandwiches and it seemed like an impossible task for FIVE employees to manage. management, you need to focus on training your employees more thoroughly. under training puts them in a stressful situation, yet they feel the blow of the anger from customers.
So I wanted to try out subway delivery. I ordered 6” meatball marinara with toasted bread, american cheese, lettuce, and tomato with mayo. While I was waiting for my order, I was super anxious when it’s arriving because it’s been over 30 minutes even though they’re only 5 minutes away from my house. After I got my order, I can already tell the sandwich was bad before I opened it because of the texture. When I unwrapped my sandwich, I wasn’t wrong. I was so disappointed by the lack of missing ingredients! They forgot my lettuce, american cheese, and forgot to toast the bread (You can see the picture yourself)! Also the sandwich was very wet and soggy. OMG… I thought Subway gives fresh foods but apparently all they gave me was a big pile of mush!! (no offense)!! The staff here are quick, friendly, and sympathetic to you having a bad day. A true royal crown of Subway restaurants, if there is such a thing. The location has been remodeled in recent years and is kept fairly clean, too! COVID barriers between every booth keep you separated from other dine-in patrons, and the drinks are usually not out in the fountain.
Best location ever. Fast an neat I make it my business to stop here for lunch even if it's out of my way....the sweet tea isn't sweet though only thing I don't like ...other than that great place to eat

Thr best subway I have ever been to. The store eas super clean and nice. Staffs were friendly and respectful. Three ladies worked the night I went had a great tram work. Bravo!

This place is new and nice but mostly through the hard work of Collins Fluker. He is non-stop work and making the place a wonderful experience for me and my family. Sweet disposition and very professional. The world would be a better place with more Collins Flukers in the world. Thanks friend.
