I normally don’t give reviews but this is ridiculous. I ordered 2 melts for delivery and they’re supposed to be grilled!!! They were ice cold!!!!! And of course they won’t refund. Scam! I also ordered toasted sandwich, it wasn’t toasted! Chicken was cold. The 2 raspberry cookies were RAW! I used to work at subway and this is not acceptable. $35 for this junk.
I placed an online order at this location this past Friday. I went to pick up my food & realized I placed my order at the wrong store. I called the store to ask for a refund & the lady who answered stated “she did not know how to do a refund & suggested that I come in the next day to get a refund from the manager. I have been calling the store since Friday to get a refund & nobody will answer the phone. I want my refund. The store also needs to train employees better.
Need more employees waited for a while was not served,so I left and ate somewhere elsewhere
I ordered my lunch through the Subway app and got it delivered. Once it arrived it was completely wrong. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Drove to the store, waited in line and once I got to the associate I let her know about what happened and asked if I could get a new sandwich. She told me since I ordered on the app there was nothing she could do. I didn’t want a refund just a new sandwich and she wanted nothing to do with me and told me I would have to order again. I order from here all the time and have never had an issue until now.
There is a female named Roya that works there. She is so sweet. She made a bomb sandwich and the bread was fresh along with the veggies
And there’s only 1 Person working if you come During lunch you’re gonna have to wait around 45 minutes??????
Great service with friendly staff! Great sub, bread was very fresh. Very clean establishment too.
Been here multiple times always the same lady on Sundays only working by herself could at least at this point have a second person working weekends i only went to get 2 subs but she wanted to do an online order first that had multiple orders before us. SUBWAY step up your game!
