The wait time for the orders were a bit longer than usual. For some reason there was a bit of miscommunication for the orders. I wanted a small and I believed the person who took my order pretended she doesn’t know what I was saying and insisted on getting an Extra-Large. Overall the drink was good but I didn’t want to pay more for the cup size I don’t want.
I’m never coming again to this Starbucks I was with my family it feel pretty racist to me Tht the person infront of me was if it needed at straw and even a cup holder and mine drinks were just place on the table without even saying anything worst e perítense for me I don’t even go to Starbucks n first time I went worst costumer service
Subpar coffee. And extremely expensive as well. Also tried one of the refreshers and it was too bitter and tasted off.

This location was a mess. Long lines. Mobile order was about 20 minutes late. They didn't have all cup sizes or ingredients. And the were so far behind, I'm not sure the cups were in order of when they were received at some point.

Worst starbucks every time. 5 people behind the bar, only one person actually making drinks. Always one guy talking about personal issues, slowly helping out the poor dude making all the drinks. And our drink was not filled to fill line. It was a nitro, you just pour from spout.
Nice employees and very professional. I loved even though they were slammed how they were respectful and smiling.
