Since moving to GA. I've been coming to this starbucks for 3 years now. The service and drinks have gone down hill. My Chai Tea Latte was all milk which was disgusting. I asked to have oatmilk instead but was told the drinks were already being made. Wth does that have to do with my request for the drink I'm paying for. To add lately there is always something not available which is fine. I just adjust my drink accordingly, however the lack of attention to detail to the drinks that are made without any modifications is still horrible. This is my last time giving my money to this location.
Despite always being hella busy, and only open for drive through and mobile pick up, this location is always fast and efficient. I applaud them being so quick and accurate with orders given the ludicrous amount of people in line at any given time. Keep it up!
Closed 30 minutes before 9. It seems that Starbucks doesn't want evening commuter business because half of them normally close at 7:30. Dunkin is open until 10, so that's where I'll go.
All of these one star reviews are simply from entitled people who have never had to work a customer service job. Yes, the line will take longer when they have half the staff because of Covid callouts. Use your human intelligence and compassion please. If it matters that much to you, stop being a whiny baby and go make your own coffee at home. You are capable. Anyway, great location full of hard workers. Keep up the good work, and don’t let these mean old entitled people bring you guys down!
The worst Starbucks ever. Lazy workers. Slow store. They’ll close the store because they’re “short” staffed as if backing up their drive thru is doing any better. Constantly shutting store down at this point they just don’t want to work. Using COVID as poor excuse. DO BETTER.
Unbelievably slow service and slow staff. You’ll waste a good half hour on a coffee in line
If your okay with waiting 30 min in drive thru just for a coffee, than this is the Starbucks for you. SLOWEST STAFF IN GWINNETT
This is worst store I ever been to. Ordering through the app. is for busy people who cannot stand in a long line. But they received orders by app. and when arrived, they locked the store and told me line up drive thru. I complained but they told me they going to call the police.
It's my favorite place they have my excellent coffee I don't buy from nobody else and people are very friendly
People taking orders needs to get their hearing check. Had to repete what we wanted to many times. And also out of stuff. Like whip cream...etc.
