Beth at the Starbucks in GA at the Industrial Way location was awesome! We didn’t see any GA collectible mugs out so she went in back and got it for us! She had great suggestions for sugar free iced coffee and I even bought a color changing cup! Beth, THANK YOU! from Mississippi!
The only thing I can say is that the barista are nice. Besides that I’m always having to wait for my mobile order every single time. After a 20 min drive my order should be ready but it never is and I end up having to wait 10 more min inside. And half the time they don’t even make my drink correctly. I really try to avoid this specific Starbucks as much as I can.
Staff was nice and quick. Location was clean. Quality consistent with other locations.
I went to this Starbucks and immediately was greeted by Beth with a warm smile and a upbeat energy. She made me feel welcomed and not only that she didn’t rushed me, gave me my space and told me she was there if I needed anything. I just can’t explain how beautiful the customer service and the people was. As a Retail Manager I value these things and Beth went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile on my face. Definitely made my day. ? Thank you so much Beth you need a raise!
Always always a long wait. Nice employees but definitely not an efficient Starbucks. I’ve tried drive thru and inside and always 15-20 min wait for even just a coffee.
This location is always busy, and every time I am in and out quickly. Drive-thru or if I go inside
The worst Starbucks I been to. Guaranteed to wait 30 plus minutes no matter what time you go. They do not care for or value your time.
I visit this Starbucks every week while I'm waiting for my son in therapy down the street. Despite some Covid hiccups (they have been unexpectedly closed in the middle of the afternoon a time or two when I wanted to visit and being out of some stuff that I wanted to order--along with the rest of the country), they are always friendly. I order my drink on the mobile app, and it's always ready promptly. They play great music in my opinion, but sometimes it's a tad loud. Cafe is comfortable. I recommend.
They make a bad drink and then you call to try and find out how to get a refund because you can’t turn around to get your money back immediately and they won’t answer the phone I’ve tried calling 10 times in 15 minutes! No Customer Service so much for honoring their drink guaranteed satisfaction. Go somewhere else. Any other Starbucks would be better.
