I do not know what surface that you use on your floors, but it is too sticky. Our shoes were all sticking to the floor. It feels like maybe it is suppose to be rubber, but the stickiness made us think that it was just not clean. The tables were also sticky. After a great meal, I went to the ladies' room and that floor was definitely unclean sticky! So, if I were you, I would change that flooring. We won't be going back because I have plenty of places to get a great Italian meal and not worry if the floors are clean. Also, we were seated against the wall directly in the back from the check-in stand and it was hot. When I went to the ladies' room, the side and hallway were very cool. So, clearly, you will lose your customers, slowly, because the food is good, but the experience is not. I am an Improvement Coach, so if you want to discuss this further, please call and leave me a message at 67-887-8046. Good luck.
Out of towers from Southwest Ga (Lee co.)! We chose to eat here because there was no wait there was barely any cars in the parking lot which is a plus when you’re traveling with three kids. When we first walked it was nice. We got seated and omg it was like the heater was on A completely different server than ours did come over and say sorry that the AC was currently broken and gave us take out lids to fan ourselves with if you wanted them. The food was great. I have the chicken Alfredo and my husband had a chicken Parmesan and we were both very satisfied with our food our children had the children’s cheese pizza and they love them as well.
Service was horrible. Waited an hour for my food. Just asked for them to put it in a to go box to take home
Not what it used to be at all, run down , dated and food is below average.
It was a nice area for which to celebrate Mother's Day.
this was personally my first and last macaroni grill experience. The only reason we even stayed was because after leaving the mall this was the shortest restaurant wait time (30 minutes). After being “seated” we left with no silverware or napkins, no high chair for my toddler in my arms (ironic enough the hostess was pregnant can’t wait to see her attitude when she takes her child out to enjoy some food and no one even attempts to lend a hand a grab a darn high chair!!) and not even so much as “your server will be right with you “. Server comes over I think Destiny, grabs our drink order and leaves.after 25 minutes the Artichoke dip comes out, was DISGUSTING and watery. literally water with spinach in it. My husband ordered the trio after waiting another 37 minutes lasagna was cold in the middle, Alfredo was dried out the only good part was the chicken. I order the chicken parm which apparently my server dropped so took another 18 minutes to get delivered to my table. Now it’s 9pm, I have no food in front of me, my husband ate what was edible off his plate and my kid was over it I asked for my food to go. Not once did the server even attempt to fix anything even though she only had 4 tables total (as someone in the industry myself looking for some basic waitresses standards). Not once did I see management checking on tables. I’m actually highly upset at myself for paying over $40 for this trash experience!
Great place! No waiting time, excellent service, amazing food, the sweet was awesome, kid friendly, I could just keep on talking. But the best was certainly the food, fresh, made from scratch, well seasoned and flavorful! Excellent choice! Will come back!!!
Service was outstanding. Anything we asked for was brought promptly. It has been quite a while since we have eaten at Romano's Macaroni Grill. We had chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs and a chicken seafood penne. Dinners were plentiful. With one salad, one soda and 2 waters to drink, the bill was $66 before tip.
Food tasted great; however, the Easter special was overpriced ($30). The floor was sticky & needs to be cleaned. The paper tablecloth was dirty. The fryer beeper & the cooks yelling the waitresses names are both very loud in the dining room. Waitress was very good.
Sauce tasted like it came out of a jar with some frozen meatballs. The only thing tasty was the bread.
