I order the Guacamole bacon burger without onions and an oreo cookie magic milkshake. No type of lemonade was available. My SO got the Artic Cod Fish and a long island. My burger came to me with onions on it! The ketchup bottle on the table was empty. I was very disappointed with the taste of the guacamole on my burger. It tasted like they used bad avocados. The only thing I enjoyed was my milkshake and the fries. I should've sent the burger back. My SO said his food and Long Island iced tea was ok. There was someone screaming in the restaurant, you would've thought there was an arcade connected the restaurant or something.
First time here and we enjoyed our dinner. The kids had the cheese burger kids meal with bottomless sides. I had the chicken sandwich with garlic fries. The fries were so tasty. My husband had a burger with endless broccoli and a salad. Our waitress was patient with us being that it was our first time there and made suggestions. She took good care of us. Definitely a place to go again for lunch or dinner.
We came here Wednesday prepared to be disappointed but what a surprise! I had the Sautéed ‘Shroom and my hubby had the Red Robin Gourmet. Of course, we shared, and these were the best burgers we have had in years. We ordered our burgers medium and they were perfect! We’re from South Carolina, so we’ll try the Red Robin in Greenville next. Can’t wait!
We were pretty much ignored by the staff. Asked for refills and got an eye roll. Supposed to have bottomless fries but …. Like I said our server didn’t even want to serve us. Food was good but service was pathetic.
I haven’t been here since Covid started. Went today bc they remembered my bday. I know it’s computer generated but I just thought it’s nice. As what I’m used to, the food is still good plus amazing deals. Although, the server was not very attentive to our needs, I’d still give 5 stars. Be back soon.
Bring that I was visiting from Columbus Ga and had just enjoyed a movie with my kids we were hungry. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings but the service was atrocious so we left. We went to Red Robin’s and the service was great and the food was even better. Would highly recommend them!
Worst food ever. Everything was served cold after we waited over 30 minutes.Apparently their "gourmet" burgers are just frozen pre-made patties and are dry and tough.The fries were cold and limp. For the excessively overpriced food we expected much better.My wife and I were sick afterwards.This was tour first and last visit to Red Robin.
We waited at the front for 10 mins with no host, other people came up and were waiting too. i had to go to the back and find someone. Then they got an attitude because i had the audacity to come look for them instead of wait all day up front as if i had nothing else better to do. Then i asked for a rare burger and they didnt cook it rare after telling me they would. It was actually well done not even medium. When i called they said they cant make it rare so apparently i was lied to in the beginning. They basically told me ( the one paying for the food) i couldn't have it made the way i want it and if I wanted to speak to the GM she would call me back, never got a call back lol dont bother going here. Horrible customer service and terrible food. The staff clearly doesnt care about the customer or serving us, makes me wonder what's going in our food.
Great for a quick bite got a great staff waitresses and waiters are always super attentive and the food is always hot (if eating in). Really reasonable prices.
