I order a three piece mixed mask and received a leg, thigh and a wing ( I thought I was to receive a breast which I thought I asked for) the lemonade mix was off too tart and the Sprite was a little better(mix off a bit). I ordered shrimp(6-8) meal as well and the total was just around $18. I was rushing to work so I didn't find out about my shortsightedness until I snacked on the food 5 minutes before clocking in for work. Customer service with the cashier was good no hesitation to swap the sour lemonade. The condiments were in the bag. For the price and amount of food, I felt short changed. The spicy chicken wasn't spicy. I hadn't had Popeye's for a while. I guess I'll wait the inflation out for my next visit. Mashed potatoes were good! Maybe I'll get luckier next time.
Workers are nice and polite but tend to not follow directions very well. I ordered 2 combo meals and ask for dark meat mild and I got all breasts and it was spicy. I should have checked my order before I left but do to the fact that I was just getting off work and was tired I didn't and when I gave my wife her food she was ???? because she hates breast meat lol. I will make sure I check my order before leaving next time.
Food is pretty decent at this location. Friendly staff who are kind and cordial to customers. Very good, Mac and Cheese! Most items on the menu are often available for purchase and are freshly prepared. The drive thru line is often long but moves, relatively fast!
Ordered via mobile app from work and then drove to the restaurant approximately 10 minutes later. Went through the drive-thru and I was informed that the order hadn't gone through yet and it sometimes takes up to 20 minutes. The person was very polite and suggested I go inside because the drive-thru was full and it would be quicker.I went inside and sat down to wait. after at least 30 minutes, the manager asked if I was waiting for something and I told them, I ordered food 40 minutes ago. I even showed her my order which also verified it was the correct location.When I finally got my order, I had to rush back to work because my break was almost over and not only was my order incomplete (missing item) but the order contained 2 REGULAR sides, which were only half-filled in the serving cup. They were training a new person that day (whom I had no interaction with) but including them there were 6 employees working. So it's absolutely not due to being short-staffedFood tasted okay though, so at least it wasn't a total waste,but I still got short-changed.
Terrible experience! Ordered online. Lobby was locked so had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru. When I picked up my food was told that they don't have fries, not the chicken tenders that I ordered. Was so frustrated that I forgot rest of my order. Did not get my drinks either. The food was cold and was some of the worst take out that I ever had. Will not return.
I understand the store just opened a few weeks ago and you can tell they are all learning. Yes, there was a few bumps in our visit however the staff was smiling and trying their best. The young man in the drive thru was very polite and very sweet. We will definitely be back!!
Best chicken sandwich around especially for the price! Just note that sometimes the drive-thru can wrap the building. Also, it's always great to warm your food up in the air fryer if you can't eat in.
Waited 40 mins on the drive through line for blackened chicken. When it's my turn I was unable to order this because the cook does not understand English. Take a page out of Chik fil a, if for some reason you cannot provide the entirety of the menu then walk outside and tell us since y'all still lock the doors for anyone to order inside. I was lucky and was able to order a 5 piece tender for the wife and to my surprise only received a few fries and 4 tenders. I guess 6 fries is considered a regular.
My husband and I tried the fish sandwich. It was awful. It was wide enough to cover the bread but it looked pressed down and flat. The breading was heavy. More breading than fish. Then after eating it, my tongue felt coated with something. I kept trying to drink my drink to clear my tongue off. My husband felt the same. We can only imagine what else is covered internally. Ugh. The jumbo butterfly shrimp was good.
Drive thru was fast, but got to the window my order was mix up and I had to wait. So I waited, only for when I got home, thinking I'm about to enjoy this spicy 10 piece but it wasn't spicy at all it was just regular chicken. I was very disappointed.
