Loved the pizza. It’s thin crust which I prefer. Service was excellent. Clean facilities. Overall a very good experience.

In continuing my search for a good pizza in the north side of Georgia, my wife and I had a chance to meet our good friends Paul and Anni for a nice lunch along with my little buddy [email protected] always gets PACKED so we decided to get there right as they opened up at 11AM. For how small the place is they do a good job at making room for plenty of tables without it feeling cramped up. Service was spectacular and all our food came out fairly quickly (my pizza made it out last).I ordered their 8inch small personal Margherita pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano, thyme, olive oil, basil) and I think I learned something new about pizzas... don't order smaller personal sized pizzas! It's harder for me to judge and not fair to compare to other full sized pizzas, HOWEVER... this pizza was tasty and delicious. The crust isn't ultra thin so if you prefer pizzas that aren't ultra thin, this is a good spot for you to try. Their mc&cheese is probably a good 7/10 for me, which surprised me because it's hard to find good mc&cheese these days. I would rate it better IF it had more cheese flavor and if it was a bit more creamy, this sauce was a little more on the soft side. That being said, it was still delicious and had a LOT of chicken. Last but not least... garlic knots!!! I love the way these are twisted and fried to perfection, definitely happy with them.My friend @yellowplates saw that they had a DONUT BURGER and decided to go for it ? I've had a hard time finding a donut burger I liked so I was curious to see what she thought. She didn't seem impressed either because the sweetness of the donut AND BBQ sauce were just too much to where it overpowered the cheese, bacon, and burger patty. Maybe without the BBQ sauce it'd be better? Just too much.Tasty food, fun menu, good service.... I'll be back but I'll keep looking for that best ? By the way, park in the back!!#rolieats #goodeats #goodfood #goodcompany #goodfriends #pizzasearch #pizza #parmatavern #buford #mc&cheese #donutburger #garlicknots #allthefood

There are many restaurants in this neighborhood. This is one of the restaurants to try if you are near the Mall of Georgia. We tried the Mojito, Wings, two different kinds of Personal Pizza( Magic Mushroom with Sun dried Tomatoes, BBQ Chicken, and Taco(Buffalo). Taco was excellent and priced really well.I really liked two servers in particular and their excellent services. We were there at 4:15P.m on Saturday(6/4/22) still packed. I don't have pictures of the Taco and wings. I was too hungry and devoured it as soon it arrived. If you visit the place on my recommendation post your picture.

We went there on Sunday Father’s Day! First of all the server didn’t pay attention we didn’t receive fourth for 39 minutes My burger was overcooked but no one seems to care they serve old bread on a salad ! I ask For the manger (Will I think was his name) He just dropped the check off and said i’m quoting “ we won’t reach any agreements here so pay and get out of here?” When I simply wanna explain it to him when was when wrong with the service he said I don’t care! I guess no one cares I hope the owner is aware what’s going on over there ! I ask for owner‘s name they said we don’t know Hostes said they not been there long enough to know the owner‘s name? I also mention I don’t like to eat at the dirty table so every time they drop off the drink they were dirty dishes which I put on the end of the table no one even bother to grab it serving 101! Overall don’t waste your money in this place! I need the owner one that contacted me there you go [email protected] I’ll be more then happy to back it up and I have an i info from table behind me they stand they will be more then happy to let the owner know how this “manager lol” spoke to us

We have been eating at Parma well over 5 years. Its our go to spot when we can't decide on anything. Our favorites are bbq chicken pizza, calamari (how so good??) penne bosco ...and they're monthly specials are usually a hit! Caesar salad is always a great starter with their delicious cornbread croutons. We rarely have to wait too long to be seated even on busy nights. Service is alway excellent.

Pizza was really good. Salads were excellent. Very good beer list. Service was just okay. Super loud inside. Parking was plentiful.

This place was pretty good, but maybe I ordered the wrong thing on my first visit. (Salmon with crab and spinach/mushroom). The food wasn't bad but when the menu states "crab" I expected to be real crab and not imitation meat (Krab shreds). It was "okay", nothing to bother the waitress about, but certainly not as good as I expected. My husband ordered the burger and it actually was pretty good so I'll definitely give this place another chance and try the pizza next time. The service was wonderful and we were seated and served very quickly.

Crab volcano Salmon was so good. Also the eggplant chips. Super yummy

Let me start by saying I was apprehensive about trying Parma again as the last time I got takeout here, my order was missing several items and overall not great. But, my boyfriend wanted to give them another chance. The first problem arises because they allow you to elect for curbside pickup when you place your order, but they NEVER answer the phone for you to get them to bring it to your car. Even when they’re not experiencing a rush or dealing with peak business, they don’t answer the phone. It’ll ring and ring until you hear a beep, and it hangs up. I don’t have a problem going into an establishment to pick up my order, but it’s nice to actually be able to take advantage of curbside when it’s offered. The second problem arises because of the quality of takeout. They have overwhelmingly positive reviews from those that dine-in, so I guess takeout orders aren’t a priority to them. As I mentioned, my first experience here wasn’t great because our order was missing items, and my French dip was dry and tough. This time around, we got pizza to share. We got there at the specified pickup time, but our pizza was still cold when we checked it in the car. How? No idea. Little seasoning, soggy crust. The Oreo cheesecake was broken up in the to-go container and tasted stale. A complete and utter waste of time and money. The third problem. The staff will not acknowledge you AT ALL. They’ll look at you and continue what they’re doing.I wanted to love Parma because the reviews and tons of maskless patrons make it seem great, but I genuinely do not understand why they’re so highly rated. They seem not to know how to balance their desire to be a restaurant with their desire to be a tavern. One set of customers suffers because they’re busy prioritizing the others. I want a refund, but who knows if they’ll even answer the phone for me to get one.

Best place ever....a little loud but the food is sooooooooooo good.
