I had a redeeming experience at the Buford location after having multiple horrible experiences at various other locations. The drive-through cashier who assisted me today was very patient as I scrambled to decide what I wanted to order for the dessert portion since it was not all listed on the menu. My food was terrific, but overall this was a trip with one mission in mind, which was to give Panera another try after several years, and thank goodness I tried again. Thanks, Buford location, for hiring an excellent, well-rounded team!

extremely disappointed. there was some dirty hard plastic pieces in my smoothie and the sandwich i ordered literally only came with chicken and nothing else on it.i love panera but i will not order from this location again.

Just had an amazing experience at Panera Bread. Their customer service is top notch - from the order takers, chefs, and bakers. Food was fantastic. You would die for the orange scones. OH MY! The baker at this location knows her stuff. As far as the chef, I had a question if I had the right pizza as I didn't see too much bacon, they added more bacon and asked if I wanted more sauce - just so willing to serve. Order taker was so patient with our family - I don't know how many times I asked what was on an entrée. Overall just a fantastic lunch on a Saturday.

I love Panera however this Panera near the Mall of Georgia disappointed me the most! I am new to the area and I never had any bad orders with Panera in the past. For every food I ordered, the sandwiches were super dry, mac and cheese are mushy and you can tell they hardly put any effort making customers' foods. That doesn’t mean I’ll stop eating there again but I want some improvement on the foods for delivery, please.

I've worked at Panera in the past as a manager. I think i would be embarrassed if this was my store. We've been staying local to this location and visited at different times. Lunch time they had one person ringing on a register. Drinks are not made to spec every time. Also not seen anyone who appears to be a manager walking around and interacting with customers. Not a good impression. 3 stars for the food.

I think it would be more fair to cut the prices in half due to the lower quality we keep receiving since the pandemic. Then more people would eat here and you could have more practice making soup, salad and sandwiches. Heck, even the bakery needs a rescue!

Not a great experience.The woman at the register just looked so agitated that my friend and I were there. You shouldn’t be at the register if you give off a vibe that you hate people. She didn’t remind us about putting in our My Panera rewards and then was like “it’s too late” after we remembered. It was 8:45, there was no one else in line, and the restaurant was nearly empty. I just don’t understand why there’s any excuse for this. I’m super disappointed and expect better of Panera.

We love Panera and are always satisfied with their food quality.However, Today, it really concerned me when I saw the crews and the cook in the kitchen were wearing no mask at all but talking, laughing and touching hairs. I wasn't very comfortable to feed my daughters their food today.

Just picked up onion soup at drive thru. For $7.00 you get about a half cup of onion soup. It tasted like they seasoned it with soy sauce, absolutely terrible!!!! And they had no crackers, but they gave me an apple for my soup. I’m done with Panera!!!!

The staff here is amazing! There was a mix up, and they were incredible about it. I really appreciate the coffee options and my salad was so fresh and delicious. We'll be back! Thank you Buford Panera
