I’m being literally serious right now! Worse staff ever!! 10:40 I came keep in mind they open up at 10:30 waited a couple minutes like 10 and I saw employees in the Panda Express. They kept on ignoring us for 5-10 minutes. Then said they’ll be open in 20 minutes, so it would’ve been 11:00! Right? Next I see that they put a sign on the door that they will open at 11:20 absolutely ridiculous! Went to another Panda Express everything went absolutely wonderful! :) please get new staff!
They have been out of the items that I purchase each of the last five times I’ve visited. The staff are always very friendly but I think this location is understaffed and heavily impacted by labor shortages. I come here much less often than I used to, especially for lunch, because of how unpredictable the wait times will be to wait on food to be cooked.
First time having Panda Express in a while.. I ordered the big plate and the food was sloshed all over the container. The food was mixed and was not neat. I wonder where my other side went and it turns it out they ended up one of my sides in a separate carton. The sesame chicken and black peppered chicken were decent.. could of had more seasoning and flavor. The chow mein was disgusting, chow mein is usually flat and thick noodles that sir in delicious flavorful sauce. But this place’s chow mein was thin as I don’t know what!! The chow mein lacked so myxh flavor.
They were really busy and running out of things. Service was still great and friendly. Food was great, this is an awesome Panda location!
Food was good, but the cashier was snappy with an attitude. Perhaps it’s the pressure of being busy.
Rice was soggy and had no flavor. The beef in the beef and broccoli was mushy. Orange chicken was ok. Don’t waste your money here. There are far better Chinese places around.
Rude staff. They refuse to put any food out and turn customers away after 8:00 when they close at 9.
Always a great location to stop for dinner, their orange chicken is amazing and the people here are always nice.
food is good but Management has to improve. i was walking in 2 step away from the door and clearly could see inside the store, noticed a someone walking out of the door so i tried to reach for the door handle to open the door for her, tured out to be an employee. she literally jump and locked the door and had i piece of paper in her hand put it up on the door saying sorry due to employee shortage dining room is closed. it was 12:14 pm.
Online orders only on a Saturday so inconvenient . Especially when there’s no customers inside and they’re not busy. They could have just handed me the food in two minutes.
