We love the food, when it gets to us on time. We usually request Taylor as our server, she's fast and doesnt try to push liquor, like some. We don't drink.
Waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seated after I had a reservation

The main reason for the rating is that we waited 1 hour past our reservation to be seated. Food service was very slow also. Saturday night so I understand this may have caused the delays.
We were seated 35 minutes after our reservation time after being told “the kitchen is backed up with takeout orders.” It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Our server, Taylor, was amazing, but the poor management out her in a terrible situation. STOP the takeout orders people, and serve the guests right in front of you! This is our 3rd (and final) bad dining experience at this location. Moving on.
The food came out as requested and quickly. Our server was wonderful.
We had reservations so when we arrived we checked in with hostess, she suggested we sit at the bar since it was full service as well but there was only one other person seated there. When we sat down the counter top had not been wiped down so I placed my hand on the counter to balance for sitting and it was greasy and sticky. I asked the bartender if he could wipe it down while I left to the restroom to wash. He did and when I returned I completed the task of drying up the excess water with the small cocktail napkins. The food was excellent as always? Enjoyed the rest of our dinner and had small conversation with the bartender learning that he was on his first day attending bar area. Paid check and left with our leftovers.

Overall good experience. We dined around 3pm. Wasn’t busy. Our server was polite and knowledgeable. Been awhile since we had PF Changs, this was a good intro back. Love the lettuce wraps as always!
Had a reservation for Mother’s Day. When we arrived we were told that they were running more than 45 minutes behind. We were told that we would receive a text when our table was ready. We went to browse at the mall while we The text NEVER came. We ended up at Waffle House for my 88 year old mom’s special Mother’s Day dinner.
