Terrible customer service on delivery. I ordered 3 soups among the entree. The restaurant combined 2 of the same soups into a "large", which is not an option on the website. So we have 3 people, only one of which get they asked for. One of the other soups was for my sibling who is recovering from illness which I planned to deliver separately. When I called to ask, I was told that the kitchen assumed they could simply combine two of the same soups in a larger contain (again not an online option). They could have called to confirm since they had my mobile number from the online order, but no. When I called I was told it was my fault for not specifying in the order. Again, I ordered 2 of one type of soups and 1 of another and apparently it was my fault that I did not reiterate that it was 3 separate soups. I will not order again.
Ordered here for the first time and it was HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and there was only 7 pieces of chicken and the chicken was extremely soggy and fall apart. I only ate 3 of them. My husband ordered beef with broccoli, and wonton soup. it only had 2 wontons in it, usually with other places, they have more. Beef was disgusting, the beef tasted like it wasn't cooked. The next day my husband was vomiting and his stomach was hurting bad. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL
Best Chinese food I’ve had in a very long time. I had the Sesame chicken and it was perfect. Cooked well, good flavor and appropriate portion for the $6.50 price.
The inside of the establishment is really nice and the server are quick and nice to get your order; however this food is a lot cheaper than I expected. They have a lunch time special before 3 that is $6.50. The chicken I ate was white meat but didn't have much flavor and neither did the sushi. The sushi is not fresh and honestly grocery store sushi is better. The only good food I had was the fried rice... I would not recommend this place to go for good food but it is cheap if you want to get full.
We've always ordered out, but Sunday dined in. Food was good as always. Prices are very fair. Restaurant was clean and attractive (soft pop music instead of tacky TVs--yay!!). The service and attitude of our waitress was outstanding! She went well above and beyond.
Good food, nice service and pleasant ambiance. It was our first time but certainly won’t be the last!!
Not so good anymore. Things have changed here in the past couple of months. Cold and tasteless Quarter sized portion meals with soggy fried rice. Some people may like that for takeout, not me and definitely not for dine in. Better Asain restaurants on any corner that want to earn your business. This place is no longer a good bang for your buck. My family won't be back.
The variety of the food in the menu, how delicious and fresh it is, and the service distinguishes this restaurant from most of the Chinese Restaurants you probably know. We went there during our Christmas vacations, and back at home we are already missing it. Kudos to Oriental J!
Oriental J is a great restaurant. They are always so accommodating and polite. The food is scrumptious and the service is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend Oriental J!
Hands down the BEST place for sushi or Chinese food. We have never had bad service or bad food. They are exceptionally polite and the restaurant is kept clean. 5 stars!
