First thing I noticed was that employee out of uniform. Next the food in the food station looked old and not fresh. The food prep area was just a mess with food all over the place. The employee ask me if I wanted Chips and I said yes so she put the chips in the bag with the burrito which was fine. I paid for It and went to the salsa bar but no salsa. There was ice in the bin which haves me believe that they had put It away already probably because they were closing soon, I ask the employee for some salsa and she told me It has been Put away. I asked her again and then she stated that they out of salsa. I mean why give me chips if you have no salsa to go with It. I have for the longest time been a fan of Moe’s at this location and the one at Lavista Tucker but never has It been this messy. I have tried Chipotle and did not like It at all. Moe’s is a 100 percent better but the last 2 times I have at the Mall of Georgia location has not been good. I have been to Moe’s when they were busy and had to wait in a long line but food prep area was clean but today and the last time I was there 3 weeks ago the food prep area is a total mess. I was the only person there and again no salsa. To the Management of the location at Mall of Ga please let’s get this place back to the way It was. Fresh food, clean food prep area, employees in uniform not there street clothes and Salsa for the chips.
Raul is an asset to your company. We ordered online with delivery, and our entire order didn’t make it into the bag. He went above and beyond to right the situation for my family. This is customer service at its best! Thank you for not only giving us quality food but quality customer service!
Liked the Homewrecker bowl with chicken. The food was fresh. Good customer experience and friendly atmosphere.
Always love Moe's and this experience was par for the course. Customer's in front of us got upset because they had to wait for queso to heat up and left, but sometimes those things just happen for high demand items. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Young lady did not drain black beans enough in my wife's burrito. Everyone looked generally confused and detached. This was the first time in the country anywhere that I walked in and did not here "Welcome to Moe's!". You know it's all downhill from there. Repeating order multiple times, no kids cookies, having to ask for things the menu says come with our food. Left feeling that I got got. ?Will probably avoid this Moe's moving forward. Also the only Moe's I've ever had issues at anywhere.
I placed 2 orders online with the BOGO offer in the rewards.When my husband got there to pick them up, I received an email saying one of the orders didn't go through, to contact the store.I called and told the lady that one of my online orders hadn't gone through, she said "OK". That's all she said and either put me on hold or mute or something cause that is the last thing I heard from her for 3 minutes.My husband told them and showed them the email saying the order didn't go through and they REFUSED to make the order for him with the rewards offer. They said he needed to pay FULL price if he wanted the order. It wasn't our fault the online order didn't go through, they should've honored the price paid for the order online. I have received notification my credit card was billed for that order that was not fulfilled, they better refund it.The order that did go through didn't even come with the sauce requested.Save your time and money, don't ever order from here; they are rude and clueless.

We stopped at this Moes and it was only 2 employees working Tay and Monty. When I tell you they gave A1 service. I was amazed at how fast they served the customers. The portion and quality of the food was excellent. Excellent customer service
I like this location! Given i’ve only been here once, it was really good service. The man that helped me was patient and kind. The establishment was clean and smelled nice. The last like 3 times i’ve been to Moe’s (not this location), its been absolutely terrible and I considered never going to Moe’s again and just staying loyal to Chipotle but I wanted to try their new potatoes! They were generous wuth portions. I was scared to go after reading the other reviews however my experience was pleasant so I’d like to give credit where it’s due. (:
Picture might be from a bad angle but the size of this serving could barely feed a squirrel. Barely any rice, and I ordered an extra serving of protein (chicken). Usually the people that work there give generous amounts but the new team definitely does not know what they are doing.
