Came not long after they opened and had a great experience! Everyone was excited and the food was great. Couldn’t wait to come back. We brought our girls which had never been here. Was excited to be in the area today and come to eat here. What a disappointment to see that the honeymoon phase of a new business is over. We were trying to explain the menu to them and the employees seemed annoyed that we were not going fast enough for them. We were the only ones in the line and there were only two other people in the restaurant. We were rushed! They didn’t ask what items we wanted on our build your way pizza, he just started putting stuff on. And when I asked for a salad, they acted as if I was bothering them. Put the lettuce in the bowl and automatically put sherry dressing, again, didn’t ask if that was what I wanted. Was going to talk to a manager but realized that the person in charge at the moment was part of the problem. She got done helping us and then sat at a table on a computer. Crust was burnt. Salads had too much dressing. Sad that it is already going down. But understand why we were the only people in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon during lunch. What a waste of $85.00 for 4 people. 2 pizzas, 3 salads, 4 drinks and 4 dessert cakes.
Clean! Delicious!! SUPER FRESH INGREDIENTS!!! LOVED THE GOOD SERVICE!!! The service we received was so outstanding especially compared to so many other places hiring anyone and everyone in the recent times. At the time of our visit there was one young girl so wonderfully pleasant - SHE TREATED US LIKE FAMILY!! The rest of the employees gentlemen!! WOW!!!! Hope it stays this awesome!!! The pizza itself is pretty decent. Honestly depends on who is making your pizza, which is unfortunate to me. You should care about the paying customer! The cost for the items is what gets me! It’s just too much for the quantity in which you are given! Great quality pizza, I wouldn’t mind paying extra. This is not great quality. It’s good, but not worth the money. This is just my personal opinion. My husband loves this place and could care a less about the cost.
First time and so thankful I chose to take a chance on a new place! Friendly good service! It’s kinda like subway for pizza! Cool environment too!
Pizza was okay, not a good value though. In general, QSR places need to have at least 2/3 of great value + great food + quick. MOD gets unfortunately none of these.Still, I want to give three stars since it's a relatively new place. They have time to correct pricing and/or get "production" faster.May be back in 6 months or so.
We love going to MOD. The pizzas are excellent and the staff is always friendly. Tons of toppings for your pie, so there's always something for everyone. The lemonade is great, too. My only complaint is that it's attached to a busy Starbucks -- it's the same in Dawsonville and it makes it hard to get in and out sometimes.
So it all depends on who you get. The guy and girl before and after me changed gloves after every order. I had to ask the girl building my pizza to change gloves (I’m highly allergic to pork). When I mentioned my allergy, the guy doing the pizza after me even took my paper and marked for them to use a clean cutter (without me having to ask). My pizza was a bit anemic on the toppings. She spread the sauce so thin that there was basically just a ring around the outside of the crust. I had to keep asking her to add more of everything so the crust was actually covered. Again, it’s all on who builds it. This seemed to be the trend only with my builder. Maybe she was super tired. Everyone else was great, as was the pizza. Would’ve given 5 stars if not for my builder.
This was the fastest and most on point restaurant I have eaten at in a long time..came in around 6:19 pm ordered a mega pizza and mod salad paid went to restroom and and exactly 6:26 my food was done correctly and each employee greet me as I took my food to go..thank you guys I'll be back very soon
When you ask for chopped garlic and get whole garlic cloves on your pizza ?. Other than, my pizza was great and ready on time for pick up. Glad we have a MOD closer to us now.
Cost : Cheaper than most pizza parlors.Customer Service : The staff was very nice, helpful, and efficient.Food : Pizza came out piping hot,, BUT it was NASTY! We had pepperoni, cheese, and supreme pizzas. The sauce is very bland, like it was literally tasteless. The dough was pretty much the same. My small kids are avid pizza eaters and this was left unfinished with complaints. We will not be back anytime soon.
