Great Service. Young man took my order was very patient and repeated my order 2 xs. Yes Service is slow but as other place as well we should keep in mind that many places are short staff so service will obviously be slow. This is a busy area as well. I have seen some door dash and urber people come in snapping fingers. Thank you to everyone in the restaurant industry for your service in this time were people don't wanna work.
Quite possibly the worst experience I have had at a Mcdonald's restaurant. Ordered on the app, came to pick up order. Got to the store around 11:10, drive thru line is backed up around the building, pretty typical for late night mcdonalds, but what made this experience terrible is the clerk taking the orders told at least 2 or 3 people they didnt have their orders, mine included. Then she began yelling at my husband asking if he wanted them to go thru every order. We provided the pick up number so that shouldnt have been necessary. Finally someone else took over and confirmed ny order was there but it still took about 15 mins to get to the window to get it. Total time to get my order was 40 mins. That is ridiculous.
This was one of my WORST McD's experiences EVER... The cashier was on her cell phone when my wife and I arrived at the cashier station to verbally place an order. When she acknowledged us, she DIDN'T smile, say "hello", "good morning" or anything (as if she wanted us to use the kiosk and not bother her). As we ordered, she didn't say one measly word until she told me the price. After paying with cash, she didn't even say "thank you". When we ordered two "Big Breakfast" pancake platters, we SPECIFICALLY asked for "cracked eggs" (as opposed to the instant eggs). The cashier didn't say that they did not have "cracked eggs" at this location (during her lengthy silence period). However, when the two LUKEWARM platters arrived, they both contained instant eggs. Between the poor cashier service and the "lukewarm" food; we do not plan to return to this particular McDonald's (and will NOT recommend it to others)...
The ice cream machine is always "broken" if you're trying to get something sweet after dinner. What's worse is that you're stuck in the drive thru line till you reach the window. And still more worse is that service is so slow each car ahead of you takes 5min to get their food. So you're stuck in line for another 10 min because no one wants to make a Mcflurry.
I don't blame the workers or managers. They are nice and just trying to make a living. I blame the owner for the lack of caring for the store.. Super busy street and they don't want to pay these people to work for them. Again it is not the workers and manager fault people. You go back there and try it.
I do not mind the ghetto workers there, that give off the vibe that they don't want to be there. however I do mine being served undercooked almost raw food.see pics!!?
I try to stay away from fast food but the one day I’m actually craving it… i get a uncooked patty….
My son and I work nearby this McDonalds and its the only one we will go to. There are a few closer and actually one pretty much right across the street from where we work. However this McDonalds always has what i ask for. They never tell me certain equipment is not working so they cant make what i asked for. There drive thru runs smoothly and quickly. The employees are always friendly. Nothing bad to say about it. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work and great customer service!
My fries were mostly super tiny little pieces... not many long ones. Quarter pounder looked more like a cheese burger. The cleaning guy was spraying the tables around us while we ate. He also mopped the floor while customers were eating inside... floor was soaking wet... we had to slide out of there.
I usually don't have a problem with McDonald's. I have a special order every time I go there. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't but this time they got it right and I give them five stars.
