girl with black hair pulled to side pony tail at the window was rude and had attitude with my fiancé because SHE forgot to give me my card back and we reminded her about it. She dropped it out the window onto the ground and turned away without saying a single word or anything. oh and she didn’t even give me the correct receipt ?? what lol?? i didn’t order two orders of nuggets ?? rude af.
I would like to say that every time I come to this McDonald's. The staff really works hard. Given all the courses that we have come by throughout life! They still provide me with a hot meal and I appreciate everyone here that takes the dedication to do their job. Today a lot of us don't appreciate what we have we take life for granted but I give it up to the Buford GA McDonald's they make my day!! WHEN I order food from them. Thanks for all the hard work! I know me my daughter's experience are always great! Keep working hard so many people do appreciate what you do!✌️????
AWFULLY LONG WAIT! I waited about 20-30 minutes for my breakfast. I decided to take orders inside and they’re twice as worse than waiting in drive-thru. I never been to a Mcdonalds that made me wait for so long. Who knows, maybe they’re understaffed or taking their sweet time. Also, Im disappointed that they didn’t have water that I asked for, they gave me a coke instead. I suggest to save your time to eat somewhere else with faster service or another Mcdonalds!
Great food. Fast service. The food is also not to expensive so if I just want a quick bite I don't spend alot.
Drive thru waited 5 minutes for car next to me to make there order to come to my side. Nothing. After 5 more minutes they took the car that was behind the car and never came to my side. I just pulled up and ordered my food at window. This has happened more than once and it's very upsetting. But my baby's food was hot and she was happy so you got that extra star. No I don't eat McDonald's sorry.
This location is hit and miss. One day you get the best food ..hot and everything in the bag. Another day bad drink, cold food and no sauce in the bag for nuggets. How do you eat nuggets with I sauce???
Consistently long wait times. Go through the drive through but then they just tell you to go to the mobile pickup spot and wait. I waited 20 minutes for a mcgriddle and a drink. Crazy times.
Normally my order comes out fine unless they’re overwhelmed with customers. Asked for a sausage McGriddle, hashbrown and a medium coke. Guy at the pick up window handed me an order said wait that’s not yours so I paused when he handed me my order and I repeated it. He gave me an attitude and swore this was my order and tried to send me without my coke and when I said something he hands me a small coke. I figured the small coke wasn’t that big of a deal so I left. Well low and behold despite his attitude and insistence that it was correct, it was wrong.
McDonald's! Quick, food usually warm, wouldn't mind if they kept stuff fresh instead of sitting on the warmer :(
They have a working McFlurry machine -- this alone almost gets them 5 stars. I say "almost" because they were out of both milk and chocolate milk when we went. They got our order correct and were quick about it. This is a much faster location than the one across from the Mall of Georgia. We went there first and sat for over 10 minutes not moving in the drive-thru. This location had us in and out in less than five. While it was a bit out of the way for us, they did a great job taking care of us.
