Pictures can be worth a thousand words.... Visited LongHorn Steakhouse/Buford on Saturday May 28, 2022. We were seated almost immediately upon arrival. It wasn't crowded that day despite it being Memorial Day weekend. There were four of us. Three of us ordered the cubed steak. One had a salad. Everything was cooked and prepared perfectly. No one had issues with neither the food nor the service. I'll give five stars for the experience but will mention that our waiter never returned to the table after delivery of our food.
For me this is a great place for meeting over a nice lunch. They have a great lunch menu - reasonably priced and service is great. I love the 7-Pepper Sirloin Lunch Salad Lobster Bisque or French Onion soup as a side.
The service here is amazing. Becca and Shelby are absolutely amazing. They deserve high praise for the service they provide. The food was perfect and the drinks were made exceptionally we'll. The wine Becca suggested to pair with my steak was delicious. We will be returing to this Longhorns.
Our local longhorns is a great place.first plenty of parking. Great bread. The wild west shrimp was excellent and the kids really loved them.they made some great salads.the steak were cooked as asked.the staff was very attentive.one of my favorite things is how they cook the baked potato.this is one of our favorite places to eat.
Easy going friendly environment. Steak ordered was cooked exactly how I ordered and tasted great. Waiters were friendly and timely. Not surprisingly another great longhorn experience.
An excellent Longhorn experience. Food was great as always; steak, shrimp, pork chops, even chicken fingers. Service was great. We were just ahead of the Sunday lunch rush, yeah! But did not overly back up while we were there.
Good service. Food was really good too. They give me my burger not well done. They fix it right and fast.

I was quoted a wait time of 45 minutes for a party of 5. We actually only had to wait about 20 minutes. Our server, Robin, was great. She was on top of everything and asked the right questions but wasn't overbearing or annoying. Thanks to Robin, we enjoyed our dinner.
Came to celebrate my daughter's birthday. All 7 of us ordered side salads. My son's salad had a spider in it. Still moving. Waitress took it to the manager. Manager came and blamed the produce coming like that. Offered more salads since none of us were eating ours now. When we indicated that our stomachs had turned she offered a dessert. Seriously disappointed. She shrugged her shoulders and had nothing to say otherwise. It wasn't the fact that it happened, I get that this happens. It was the fact that she is the manager and didn't know how to approach us, talk about the issue, or even solve it. Once you see a spider in your food (again still moving) it makes you question everything about the restaurant. The manager clearly has no customer service skills and just expected us to be "ok" with the situation. I do not recommend this restaurant- normally the food and atmosphere are great- but the manager's attitude alone isn't worth it. I'll give it one star because the server was great.
