Horrible customer service - we ordered through DoorDash and my daughter was missing her entire meal except for chips. After waiting 10 minutes for a call back, we were hung up on SEVERAL times and then the employees accused the Door Dash driver of stealing our food.
WRONG LOCATION; I visited 179 W Crogan St. In Lawrenceville...i couldnt delete this comment...never been to this location....First time visiting & I enjoyed it. The waitress was polite & informative of the variety of drinks. Also kids friendly. Yes I would definitely visit again.
The food was pretty tasty, the atmosphere was nice, the servers were very nice, but the meat was pretty chewy. It bent the fork.
The manager didn't hesitate to accommodate our birthday party of 9 tonight with an hour's notice! The service and food was awesome as usual, 2nd year we've had a birthday there. I know they say 3rd time is a charm but I don't know how they can top the last 2❤??
Consistently delicious dishes and great service. Had a steak fajita tonight and it was soon good.
The food was ok, not as good as it's been in the past. And the waitress felt she didn't need to write things down so our orders weren't all correct which is frustrating.
Not the best salsa in the area, but food seemed ok- they have brisket as an option which was different from other area restaurants and it was good in a burrito. Short-staffed, which is not unique here but drink refills were slow. HERE’S THE KICKER: I came into the women’s restroom and a young man was plunging 2 toilets and he finished his task and did not wash his hands!!!! He left the plunger behind so nothing in his hands and still did not wash before going back to the dining area. That’s a “no” for me.
They welcomed our big group with no complaints and made our night celebrating Christmas with our extended family very special! Service and food was excellent as always!
I have been going to this place for years!!!!!! I ordered a margarita and there was black specks in it. When I brought it to the managers attention, she dismissed me. I will never be back again. And I will let everyone I know that lives in the area the bad costumer service I received. I called and asked for a higher person and got hung up. She knows she is the wrong!!!!!!
usually I do not make bad comments but this restoran especially the managers are unpleasant the woman gives the card by the hand and throws it at the counter and they attend you. when they want and the general manager is the same I do not recommend them in buford .the friendly waitresses
