Do not go to this KFC. They are near my home so I have been there many times. They NEVER have chicken. There is always a wait. The staff have got to be the rudest most crass service staff I have ever encountered. The manager is rude and so are the employees. Who ever heard of a Chicken restaurant that never has chicken? At least they could be polite. They yell at you like it is your fault they are sub standard. Please don't go to this restaurant. I will never, ever go there again.

Very rude girl at the window. I asked for extra wings and she told me she can’t do it. I explain to her that I usually get extra wings when I asked for them and that I was willing to pay extra. She told me they no longer can do that. I said OK. Just give me the four wings and a biscuit which is an item or the menu. She tells me she can’t do that either. The whole time she’s saying “SIR” With a derogatory tone. I explain to her it’s an actual item I’m not asking for nothing that’s not on the menu. She still refuses to serve me a menu item.If the menu has changed so be it but there was no need to talk to me with that tone.That was unusual for that particular KFC. It’s usually pretty good. I guess it depends on the people that are hired.

Went through the drive through at 12:23 for lunch, ordered chicken sandwich meal and a side of the spicy sauce. Was told I couldn’t do that, I said ok a spicy chicken sandwich with a side of mayo, was told can’t do that either. So I ordered it with both on it, when I got to the window after I paid I was told they have no ice and they handed me a warm flat Pepsi. I had to wait and ask for my receipt. Upon inspection of my food I noticed the pickles were missing from the sandwich, the biscuit was hard as a rock and I literally had 5 fries. I went inside to get my money back and was told can’t do that! All they did was hand me a side of 2 pickles and when I asked about the fries the worker stormed off and came back and handed me another fry but didn’t say a word. I couldn’t eat the biscuit and they didn’t replace that, the sandwich was disappointing & I’ve ordered it plenty of times from another location. I will never come back to this location

Worst KFC expierence ever. The GM / “Owner” Bill Hasson is by far the most rude fast food worked I have ever encountered.Did not give me a option to choose type of fried chicken (regular/crispy, spicy). Did not allow me to change a side.When ordering through drive through, I said I would like a 8 piece family meal. His exact words were “Pull around to the window”When arriving to window, he handed me a bag of food. I inquired about changing the coleslaw to a Mac and Cheese. Bill informed me that I would have to pay for the side.As well, the car in front of me handed back a 8 piece chicken meal through the window. If you look at the CCTV I guarantee that I received th exact same meal.Chicken was soggy and terrible. This franchise should be revoked and this guy fired.He is very proud to be a “owner” and doesn’t not follow the guidelines of KFC.The man would not allow me to cancel/return the order. Asked for a refund and he said jt was to last you already paid.

I am an Uber Eats delivery driver. When I come here and the manager is not on duty I have no trouble. When he is here, he always makes sure to bully and harass me for any reason he can come up with. I don’t make much money doing this. And I’m disabled. This is beyond terrible because I always have to stay on the phone with support and I lose money because he won’t give me the order I came to pick up. Please don’t give this guy your business because he is truly not a good person.

I am posting this at 8:30! This is ridiculous! Not only does all the signs say theyre open till 10 or 11, the manager was super rude about it when I pulled up to the window confused asking why they were closed! No wonder you guys have a 3 star already. Shaking my head at all the bad reviews you guys have already. Either pay your employees more so theyre not jerks to the customers or close. Jesus

Out of all the Kentucky Fried Chickens around, This one is the worst. Includes service includes employees and food. The most horrible food. If I were Colonel Sanders of shame, I would have closed all the stores by now. It is incredible how there are people who, despite not liking their work, insist on working in a place where they are not happy, unfortunately that affects everything, what you receive apart from the treatment without a hint of service or attention, you take with you a horrible meal poorly made without flavor poorly cooked poorly packaged and if you are lucky what you can take with you that may have some flavor among everything is the mashed potatoes because it comes prepared probably all the way from Kentucky I think. The employees of this place should resign and those who have the franchise close it. I remember years ago when Kentucky fried Chicken was delicious. Today, just memories.

The employee running the drive thru was great, friendly, and excited to be helping us. The food was fresh, hot, and really good. Best KFC I've been to in years. The popcorn chicken had alot of big pieces and the chicken sandwich was delicious!

ORDERED ORIGINAL FRIED CHICKEN, RECEIVED EXTRA CRISPY. THE WORST PART IS THE CHICKEN WAS MEALY, TASTED LIKE FLOUR (PASTY) & WAS TOO SALTY; MY HUSBAND PICKED UP IN DRIVE THRU & DIDN'T CHECK UNTIL ARRIVED HOME. VERY DISPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED FROM PUBLIX WHICH IS ALWAYS GOOD.

Order through the KFC app to just get there and pick it up myself. Turns out they had close early, so I decided to go back the next day to get a refund. I pull up to the drive thru and the guy had a terrible attitude and once I explained the situation he insisted I call Grubhub and I told him no because I didn’t order through that app. I decided to leave and call cooperate to get a refund and they told me they didn’t understand why their employees are telling customers incorrect information.
