Overall good service. But the person that rang up my order also wrapped my sandwich with the same gloves. Not good!
Really like JM's my problem is the turkey it's loaded with salt. I hope they start using another brand. Great customer service.
Nice open spaces, friendly staff and excellent food. I am very pleased they are less than 5 miles away now I just have to work on not getting fat ?
I was so glad when this place popped up after the stingy subway closed. It’s been really good every time I’ve eaten here so far.
We love Jersey Mikes & have been to many across many states. This one is the absolute worst in every way possible. The worst part was the “shift” manager was incredibly rude to my husband. It was loud, chaotic & the employees couldn’t even get orders right. He was making sure she heard I wanted my sub as a salad & she rudely rolled her eyes at him & ignored him. I spoke up to say it’s rude to roll your eyes at your customers & she went off on us. Horrible experience

The restaurant is beautiful & very clean. The staff was very nice & helpful!This was actually the first time at a Jersey Mike’s and I loved it…I had a Philly Steak & Cheese and it was delicious.My only negative comment is that they 1) have Pepsi products 2) they don’t had Dr.Pepper & the Root Beer didn’t taste very good.But I’ll definitely go back for the food & service!Thanks,Lesley

My husband, and I went here for lunch and always the food was great! However, I want to highlight the staff. They were friendly, had a sense of humor, and they took care of every last customer that walked through the door with a smile. Good customer service has declined everywhere but these group of people were awesome and showed us what they valued the most! I understand the staff because the manager made sure they gave us nothing less! We will forever be customers
This store is best service hands down I love the manger and how friendly she is very great service employees very friendly (cece ) very helpful that girl can cook up a sub too lol I ordered number 55 with lettuce and tomatoes and chipotle sauce delicious
