I have been a regular customer at this particular location since it opened. It is always extremely clean, and the employees are very friendly. I always look for Amanda whenever I go there. She makes my sub perfect every time. They say making a sub is an art. If that is true, then Amanda is truly an artist!
I come to Jersey Mikes subs at least once a week, since I work across the street at Floor & Decor. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Great customer service. The person I look for the most is Amanda! She’s always super sweet and knows the exact sandwich I get every time and she makes them perfectly! GIVE THIS GIRL A PROMOTION/RAISE!! ❤️
So this is the first jersey mikes I have been to where I specifically asked hey can you warm the deli meat as I am pregnant and was advised under no circumstances no cos its raw meat. Granted it's 10am and I am the first customer. They could have grilled it but did want to. I will never ever spend another dollar here ever.

Excellent sandwiches! My families really likes Jersey Mike's sub sandwiches. Hard to go wrong no matter which location you go to.and they make great Philly cheese steak sandwiches as well. I also enjoy the stubborn root beer.wish they would offer salads. The exchange at Gwennitt to kept very clean as well.
The New Jersey Mike’s near Top Golf off I-85 in Buford is wonderful. Been there 3 times and food was fresh, service was great, and staff was awesome every time. Went Sunday night and tried their chicken Philly sandwich. The nice lady making it yelled over to me that she was “making it with love” and it was truly a great sandwich. Hot, fresh, and tasty. I told her on the way out (we dined in) that I tasted the love and that the sandwich was great, so she actually gave us some bogo coupons! Highly recommend this place
New location with actual employees from Jersey, most employees always “still” in training, but the subs are made to be delicious. Eating area is always clean but not spacious enough for the traffic they are getting (you’ll get walked into seats by doorway, fountain drink dispensers and take-out shelf/waiting area).
Great example of how to open a store, especially in the middle of COVID. Great food, service and well run location overall. The managers have a great attitude and work well with staying on top of everything, which isn't always easy with a new opening and new employees. Unlike their new neighbors Wingstop, they clearly know what they're doing.
First time I every received lettuce in my sub in a tub, it doesn’t even come on the sandwich to start with! Called the store and Destiny told me, I was wrong and it’s their salad version!?!? I explained I order it a lot and it’s NEVER had lettuce.. clearly the employees aren’t trained on how to speak to customers! The other two sandwiches had like no meat in them either!?! Guess it’s back to firehouse for my household.. Get it together, if I wanted a salad, I would have ordered a salad!
