I will never be returning to this IHOP. The service was absolutely horrible. And the manager, Brendan, especially has absolutely no respect for the customers. They messed up the transaction and failed to acknowledge their mistakes and instead treated the customer with contempt and unnecessary hostility. They have failed to demonstrate any form of professionalism. It frustrates me deeply to know that people like him, who fail to demonstrate appropriate communication and basic customer service, are in charge. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dining establishment.
IHOP is always a safe bet for a good breakfast (or breakfast for dinner lol) My kids love the food, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. They are usually pretty busy, but that doesn't affect the quality of the experience. Just know if you are going on a busy day like Sunday morning you may want to arrive early and be ready to wait just a few minutes
I think the employees are kinda rude and inconsiderate.. first I came in to be seated and the lady told me the other lady would take me at the other booth and left yet there was nobody at all so she came back and ended up seating me anyways.. then our server just seemed like she didn't want to be there whatsoever and as if she had an attitude and she ended up being very inconsiderate I had to ask for everything.. I asked for our syrup to be heated because it was cold and I had to ask for butter, jelly, and a spoon.. I had to ask for my refills and more pancakes.. you would think a server should just automatically do those things right? My husband still left 3 bucks as a tip.. I would've left 50cents.. my first set of pancakes were cold and I had to add 10 packets of sugar to add any flavor to the grits and the eggs tasted so weird..
Price was a bit expensive for the portion but the food was not the greatest. Service was good.
The food was great the Service was exceptional especially we had a party of about 30 people and the waitress donated all of her tips to the children’s miracle network she was absolutely a 10 out of 10 IHOP knocked it out of the park
Good service and food. Liked it so much I finished my eggs, bacon, sausage and French toast before I remembered to take a photo of my split decision. The French toast was out standing but the pancakes were blah.
We had our 33rd annual Christmas Eve breakfast at IHOP in Buford again this year.Food was great, and they always have great service for us!
Although the server did a good job, the quality and quantity of our meals were subpar at best and the miniature coffee cups were a joke and the place just didn't look clean and well kept! I remember when IHOP was the place to go for a great, enjoyable meal. Not anymore!
I usually go here with my boyfriend to grab some breakfast mid day and never have a bad experience. but this time was different unfortunately. Both drinks had fruit flies in them, which i’m assuming has to do with the ice ! I work in a restaurant myself and know that if the ice doesn’t get filtered out often fruit flies can occur sadly. Also, napkins were not on any tables and had to be asked for. Not to big of a deal, but it was annoying having to wait for the server to get napkins to clean up, especially since they only had one server and the manager waiting on tables! Our waitress was sweet, but due to the circumstances of everything else, our overall visit was poor. i also ordered a pancake combo, pancakes were okay. Not how they normally are. Tasted undercooked and mushy honestly. On the side i ordered over easy eggs with cheese, hash browns and turkey bacon. The eggs came out with no cheese, so i sent them back. I received them back in less then 30 seconds with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. not even melted ! and the hash browns were hard as a rock in the shape of a square ! didn’t look appetizing at all, so only ended up eating the pancakes. Usually love this location, but was definitely let down and don’t think i will be returning.
Had the new pancakes. And they were soooo good and tasty. It's a little on the sweet side, so no extra syrup was needed. The country fried steak was hella good and crispy too. I look forward to coming back again.
